Great gift especially for non tech savvy
Bought this for my elderly mom in assisted living and itโs been a great way to share photos with her. Sheโs never had a smart phone, camera phone, email or even text. I did have to initially set it up for her and connect it to WiFi, but once itโs set up I can easily send her photos or videos that just appear and rotate through on her screen. I can even add captions for context

Stopped working after a month. Actually would never load more than 10 photos. Contacted customer service and they said they could not help. I am updating my review. Customer Service recently reached out to me and refunded my money. This integrity makes them worthy of a second chance. Thank you, Uhale for listening.

Love it.
We love this frame, ordered another one for in-laws. Very easy to use and to upload pictures and videos. Like that you can adjust volume for videos. Lots of features.

PC transfer to Frame nonfunctional. **UPDATED
PC to Frame transfer, which is why I bought this because it said it supports it, is so far nonfunctional. The instructions literally just say "transfer using USB connection". Okay, do you mean USB to USB? I had one sitting around and tried it, but my PC cannot find the device. I tried USB to type-C both ways: type-C from computer to the USB port on the frame; nope. And type-C on the frame to a USB port on my computer; nope. Modern computer, Windows 11, and the Device Manager is showing nothing for the Frame. As a last-ditch effort, I just purchased a new USB to USB cord, because for a $100+ frame they were too cheap to include one. I will update this when I receive the new USB to USB cord, but I'm not at all optimistic. Also, side note: "32 gigs of storage" More like 26.8gb, as 5.14gb are used up by the system. **** UPDATE **** Seller customer service reached out and issued a refund. + Stars *** UPDATE **** Refund was never issued.
