The best
Amazing, easy eggs, perfectly seared chicken and steak, easy to clean. Can easily fit 2 large steaks. Look up thesteelpanguy on TikTok to learn how to use the pan.

Fantastic US made pan!
Very nice!!! I tried multiple 12 inch skillets until I finally found the one! I bought a Goldilocks, which had pitting in the pan right out of the box, they replaced it twice, and all 3 had the same defect. I tried All-Clad D3, which had way too deep of a "relief" in the bottom of the pan to combat warpage, which made it take absolutely forever to heat, and also made any liquid in the pan flow to the sides. Not an issue with this Heritage Steel pan! there is still a relief to this pan (which there needs to be) but it is far smaller of a relief. This makes the pan sit nicely on my stove, and still heat well. I have only made pork chops in it so far, but it made them well, and clean up was a breeze. I think part of this is due to the fact that the pan feels more "smooth" than others because of how the ridges in the pan are ground down. This means the hills and valleys of the pan are less pronounced, so there is a smaller amount of food that will get stuck. I will say the lid has a very small dent on the top of it, but I don't really care. Great pan. Great value. Time will tell its durability. If you're on the fence, just buy it.

Place a little oil or spray the pan before you use it each time
I am officially this pan is wonderful, but upon using it the first time it can be deceitful when you fry bacon or eggs. It looks like everything is sticking. You must remember to spray oil or put a little bit of oil in the pan before you use it. This will keep things from sticking and even when it looks like it's sticking when you wash it, it washes completely clean and you need not to scrape anything off. We were worried when we first saw the pan, but now we love it and plan on ordering other utensils from heritage

Love it!
I love cooking again! Does almost everything I ask it to do. Cleans up well and cooks consistently.

Waste of $$$$
The worst pan I’ve ever purchased! EVERYTHING sticks to the surface. Watched every video on YouTube about how to make it “non stick” and followed to a T… NOTHING WORKS EVERYTHING STICKS. Going in the garbage.

Great Pan, Non stick if you follow the directions
This is a great pan. I'd buy it again, but I think it'll last forever so I won't have too. I've used this pan to make scrambled eggs everyday for almost a year. It still looks great and is the best.

Cooks great, but surface is far too delicate
TL;DR: Pan cooks beautifully, but the surface is so soft that a light tap from a can of Bar Keepers Friend left dings deep enough to catch a fingernail. Returned it after 4 uses. I was really excited to try this pan and spent a full day testing it out. The cooking performance was fantastic, excellent heat distribution and even browning. I overloaded it with three bell peppers and onions, and it still sautéed everything beautifully. It also did a great job searing shrimp and beef. However, I couldn't get eggs to cook without sticking. Not sure if that was my technique or an issue with the surface. The biggest issue, and why I ultimately returned it, is the pan's fragility. Despite feeling fairly thick, it’s surprisingly light, and the cooking surface couldn’t handle even a light tap from a can of Bar Keepers Friend. After only four gentle cleanings, there were small nicks in the surface that caught my fingernail. It started out with a slightly rough texture that smoothed out with use, but the fact that the surface was already showing damage after minimal use is a deal-breaker. No matter how well it cooks, a pan that delicate just isn’t usable in a real kitchen.
