I have been using this products for 3 months now. I have a crazy work schedule and as a 46 year old woman, I find it hard to find something that does help my digestive system without a lot of planning and work but this product has worked really well. I didn't notice much change until about 6 weeks of drinking it every morning. I use a standard 16oz bottle of water to mix it in but I did have to add ice to make it cold to improve the taste. The flavor is good but if you drink it warm, it does have a kind of chalky texture after taste to it. It doesn't curb my hunger quite as much as they said it would but I have noticed a big change in how my body digests my food which has caused me to feel full longer after eating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was excited to try this tea. I thought it would be good for digestion and speeding up metabolism. I ended up gaining 15 pounds! Do not buy this stuff is terrible. My body is still recovering and I’m still trying to lose that extra weight.

So I ordered this after I saw it SO MANY times on Amazon. I'm going through a weight loss program and I am trying to cut out coffee, increase my productivity (ADHD brain), and curb some of my appetite. I am just over a week into drinking this every single morning, so take this review for what it's worth. While I do see a difference in my mental motivation and seem to be getting more done in the hours after drinking this, I have not noticed a difference in my appetite at all even though it's "claim to fame" on Tiktok is nature's zempic. The only thing health-wise I have noticed is that it is DEFINITELY cleaning out my gut, if you know what I mean... The packaging states to mix one scoop into 8 oz of water. If anyone is actually doing that, I will give you a standing ovation! It is SOOOO sweet, I have to water it down in my 30 oz water bottle in order to be able to drink it. It has allulose (zero cal sweetener), cane sugar, and stevia in it, all of which make it insanely sweet for me to consume without watering it down. It also has citric acid in it, so if it isn't watered down, it makes my jaw hurt as if I have eaten one of those black warheads. My jaw hurts as I write this just thinking about it. Overall, I do really enjoy the taste and hopefully once I finish my monthly supply, I will notice some kind of difference. Although, I am not sure I will order this again with it being as expensive as it is. I'll come back when I finish my 30 days and do a final update.

Absolutely love this product. It’s replaced my coffee for energy but it also really gives you a brain boost! I can concentrate way better and stay focused. Strawberry macha flavor is my favorite. It’s a bit pricey but after I started drinking this daily it’s really worth it. I am in school and any time I need to study a make a drink before. If you are on the fence I say buy it I don’t think you will be disappointed.
