I used 1 x day, and sometimes 2 X day a small amount on each spot. I was skeptical at first and it was a month before brown spots began to fade, but at 4-6 weeks I noticed a lightening of all of them and reduction in size of several. This works very slowly but it does have some effect.

I have been using this product for 6 weeks and can’t tell that it has lightened my dark spots at all.

I didn’t find that this really lightened my dark spots. The search continues for something that works.

I have I have to say I do not do reviews, hardly ever. I was skeptical about this product as any. I'm 67 years old, have sunspots of course, some I've had to have treated by a dermatologist. I can say, surprisingly this product has worked in the last two weeks better than anything I've ever used..! My dark spots have diminished exponentially. I'm very impressed. And may not even go back to the dermatologist again! I will keep using this product!

It works somewhat(40%) by fading a bit the dark spots. Not at all totally gone as stated online. I still need to use make up foundation to cover like before using. Plus, Derma Bright MD doesn’t mix with foundation!! It clumps when I put on my foundation. Disappointed! I am a compliant user, rub in to face twice daily AM and PM. I have given at least 3-10 weeks before writing this review. Re-posting after 10 weeks concluded it doesn’t work for dark spot remover

I like it but well seen if it works

I have been using this for several months and it has made my brown spot less noticeable. I have just started my second bottle and am being very patient.

Been using this product for over a month and can see no change in the spots. Unfortunately this product did not work
