I have 4c hair..super dry, at times fragile and difficult. I tried every oil and oil combination. Search is over. This oil goes on thick. It warms under the touch as you smooth it through your hair, which is good super, it will travel down your hair so a little goes a long way. It has all the sleekness you need to detangle your hair without extra detangling lotion. It will detangle hair dry or wet. May be too thick for some people but all you have to do is dilute a bit. For me its perfect. And you know, I'd rather a pure thick product I can dilute myself as opposed to buying weak products right off the shelf. If you love castor oil, this is the best. It is hard to find truly authentic castors nowadays. The other oils run thin and you still have to mix with other oils to get the boost. This Haitian castor is my grandma's stuff, just as i remember it. Great price for high quality. A super plus is the smell is mild.

This is my second time purchasing andI love to buy from this company because it is a small farm and the proof is in the product. If you compare main stream Castro oil like heritage versus small farms, the quality, minerals and everything is way far more better. I also love that my purchase is going to helping a BIPOC community 🩷🩷🩷

I’ve never written a review before on Amazon, but as an herbalist in New Hampshire growing organic teas, herbs, & veggies I search for top quality products that can be trusted. This requires frequent use!! Sometimes I leave it in hair for up to 2 days & rinse . It may take a few washes to remove the oil completely. The color of my hair enhanced immensely as well as the thickness & softness. Hair feels strong &dense now. Grew my eye brows thicker after a month. Use with magnesium spray to keep color strong & for many other benefits to the scalp & blood. The results are outstanding . Legitimate caster oil should not be clear. This thick hazy color is exactly what I was looking for & this is worth the purchase .

The price is kinda steep for the amount but it's well worth it. I use it daily. A few drops in my belly button before bed, massage into cuticles after morning shower, massage into scalp after shampoo. No unpleasant odor. Very rich.

Been using papa rozier for about 2 weeks now. I'm loving what it does for my skin. Only time will what it does for my edges.

So far I love this product. It's thick and a little goes a long way. I put it on my daughter's scalp to help with her dry scalp. I put her hair in braids, oiled it every 3 days with the oil and her scalp is showed no signs of flaking. When I took her braids out, her hair showed significant growth and is so thick and beautiful. I'm putting it on my scalp also just to keep it healthy. My friend says to use it on my eyebrows since I don't have much naturally. He says it will stimulate growth so I may try that next. Overall great product and the best thing is that it is all natural and on top of that I get to contribute to the education of young children. Will be ordering another bottle soon.

This is my absolute favorite castor oil brand! I used to buy directly from their website and now its on Amazon, I'm so excited! This is the only oil I will put in my locs to keep it soft and moisturized. It only takes a few drops to add to my freshly shampooed hair to help seal in moisture.

Nice product, but would have liked more frankincense oil. So now just make my own for about the same cost as this tiny bottle.
