Not leak free for periods
My wife wanted to try these and she wore these on her periods at night for two days. They leaked both nights, so she is switching back to the brand she was getting before, Liv Dry, because they never leak.

Would not recommend for postpartum
Bought these for postpartum use and would not recommend. The fit is very poor. I suspect the padding is too stiff? Even when pulled fully up, there is still a significant gap between the padding and my butt. It’s kind of like babies wearing diapers that are one size too big. The ruffles at the cheeks are also stiffer than I expected and don’t have the soft huggy texture that I was looking for. Much prefer Always Discreet because they felt way better, but those have weird pricing on Amazon so I had to use these.

they hold liquid well and keep dry, but the back is not long enough and no leak protection so they still leak anyways.
