For the money, it’s definitely a high quality matcha set! I was impressed with the ceramic and love the color and look. Whisk has held up nicely over the last few months.

I have purchased multiple bamboo whisks and usually each one lasts for several months. However, with the most recent one the bamboo strands started breaking after a few uses and I had to discard it within a month. I would buy again, but I hope that the next one will be more durable since I have had good experiences in the past minus one purchase.

I have been making matcha lattes at home for 15 years. This whisk has not held up as long as other whisks I have used over the years. In fact, it started to lose bristles after only two to three weeks of use, whereas other whisks I've used never lost bristles after one year of use.

Clearly, this brand is the most popular everywhere, and it seems to be for a good reason. It’s practical, ideal for beginners, and great for everyday matcha making. I did my research, and the number of prongs is just the right amount for what I wanted. It is made from a single piece of bamboo, which makes it sturdy yet flexible. For storage, I got the whisk holder to help maintain its shape because I read that storing it elsewhere or leaving it in the original packaging can ruin its form. Additionally, since it’s enclosed, it can prevent bacteria from forming on the whisk, which I want to avoid. It’s also easy to clean, and I’ve been rinsing it with hot water before and after use.

I like this a lot as a starter kit for matcha tea. I bought organic matcha powder from Costco, I use this set to make milk tea. This is worth the buy, as this drink has become part of my weekly routine! Items are easy to clean, too. Durable so far. I have personally used this set 15 times.
