Been using this for over a year. The flavor was hard to get used to, but I add a shot of cold brew blended with ice and coconut milk and it is palatable. Great supplement to your diet My weight management doctor highly recommended. I am on a GLP1 and it helps regulate my digestion.

After opening the shipping bag it came in the entire bag was open and busted inside the shipping bag. Trying to reach some one for support in getting a new bag since this is a great product but it’s not cheap and half the bag was expelled ! Blaming it on shipping but honestly a big would have kept it safe from being busted open !

This coffee is pretty nutritious and fulfilling I find that it’s best paired with a smoothie. The packing is pretty big especially for the servings so it’ll last a while. It’s perfect for vegans and those trying to eat more on the healthier side. Some fruits and proteins it contains are plant based protein, ashwagandha, elderberry, Vitamin C/D and more. I’ll be using this as fuel for my morning day before I go to school pairing it with my morning shake.

This is a good meal replacement because it does keep you from getting hungry. However, I have to be honest it DOES NOT at all taste like a latte. It has a coffee like taste with a very earthy flavor mixed that gives it a weird slightly bitter after taste. I will keep it so I don't waste, but I will not buy this again. I also ordered the vanilla and chocolate, so hopefully those will taste better. I will update my post

I tried this and the vanilla flavor, and the cafe latte flavor is SOOO good. Already loved the vanilla one, but the coffee flavor is unmatched. The ingredients are super clear on the back of the bag, and it is great that it still tastes so good and authentic despite having no sugar. This will supplement my diet nicely, especially as someone who doesn't have protein very often. My family all liked it too and it's definintly a great way to replace my morning coffee!

Texture and taste is bad. This is the 2nd flavored I've tried. The first was Dubai Chocolate. I was hoping it was only the one flavor that was bad, but they both have the same underlying flavor that's bad. Also, the texture is bad.
