Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Angel Food Cake

Owala water bottles for the win! These are hands-down our favorite water bottles. We have tried just about every popular brand out there—Yeti, Stanley, Hydro Flask, and others—and the Owala is the one that everyone in our family consistently reaches for. I absolutely love the versatility of the lid. You can use the built-in straw when you want to sip, or easily flip it open and drink straight from the opening. Having both options in one bottle is incredibly convenient, especially when you're on the go. The color combinations are also so fun! There are so many options to choose from, and the colors and designs make the bottles feel a little more personal and fun to use. Durability is another huge selling point. These bottles get used constantly and have been dropped and knocked around, yet they hold up extremely well. They seem much less prone to denting than some of the other brands we've tried, which is especially important when they're being used by kids. And, of course, they keep drinks really cold! We can fill them with ice and water, and they stay cold for hours. The lid also seals extremely well—we have never had an issue with them leaking in a bag. After trying so many different water bottles, Owala is definitely the winner for our family. They're durable, versatile, attractive, keep drinks cold, and don't leak. I honestly can't think of another water bottle brand we've liked as much!

I purchased this bottle just to try out in the summer of 2023. It is now the summer of 2026 and I still use it multiple times a week (only because I now have multiple Owalas and I have just ordered my third Owala FreeSip). I have used so many cups—Stanleys, Yetis, Hydrojugs, Hydroflask, etc—and the Owala is still my favorite. Here’s my favorite things about it: LEAKPROOF! This is the biggest one. I can throw it my bag and trust that everything will stay dry. THE SPOUT! Hands down the best spout I’ve ever used. I love that I can sip through the straw but then close the lid and keep my straw clean and not have any spills if it tips over. And then it also gives me the option to absolutely inhale water if I’m about to shrivel up from dehydration. I think this alone is why I now own three in different sizes. STAYS COLD! The 32 ounce holds ice for quite a while. It varies depending on how often I refill it but if I’m not constantly refilling it, it will hold ice for about 24 hours. THE SIZES! I love the size options. My original one was a 32 ounce and is a great middle ground for me. It holds enough water that I’m not refilling it every hour but it’s not huge. It’s great for work and this bottle will be going to live at my job. I just ordered the 40 ounce for home because I want a little more volume when I’m outside gardening but I can’t say much about the 40 ounce size yet. I also have a 16 ounce (kids size) that I use when I leave the house. It fits in a lot of my bags and it’s leakproof so I always have cold water with me. It’s perfect especially since I’m on medication that causes dehydration if I’m not careful. DISHWASHER SAFE! This one is self explanatory. It’s amazing and I love it. There are a few cons though. The first one is that the 32 ounce doesn’t fit in my cup holder. Not a huge deal since it’s leakproof—I just keep it on the passenger seat. But Owala does have cup holder friendly options now if that’s something you want. The bottle also does dent and scratch fairly easily. I dropped it getting out my car one day and it’s a little beat up now. Kind ugly, but it’s still my fave. It’s kinda disappointing because I have Yetis and Stanleys that have been through far worse and still look new. Just be mindful of that and baby it a little. Still 100% worth it though. Long story short, it’s a great bottle that will keep your water cold and everything else dry. As someone who has used this bottle regularly for years, I highly recommend!

This bottle does exactly what it's supposed to do. Yes, it's small, but that's the point. There are definitely pros and cons. The obvious downside is that I have to refill it a few times throughout the day. On the other hand, it's incredibly convenient. It's not too heavy when full, fits easily in my bag and my spin bike's water bottle holder, and the locking latch doubles as a carrying handle. I've even clip it to my fanny pack with a carabiner for hands-free trips to the gym. It keeps drinks cold exceptionally well. I usually fill it with ice, and it lasts all day and overnight. One unexpected benefit is that it fits perfectly in the portable "ADHD caddy" I carry from room to room, which has actually helped me stay hydrated because my water is always with me. (I wrote a separate review about that caddy if you're curious.) If you want a bottle that travels well, doesn't leak, and keeps your drinks ice cold, this is a great choice. I also get a ton of compliments from both men and women on the color (Pink/Purple, Darling Diva). It's a less common color. So, it's a great conversation starter at the gym especially!

This is a really nice looking water bottle as well as super versatile, perfect for giving your child something nice to use at school. The bottle has several different uses built into one experience, you can use the built in straw or chug water if preferred from the spout, and both are accessible with the same motion. The cap secures firmly making this a spillproof bottle, and there's a convenient carrry handle that flips down to stay out of the way when not in use, locking the lid closed. The twenty-four ounce bottle fits perfectly in most backpack side pockets, so a larger version may not. Highly recommended!

The FreeSip system. Being able to drink directly through the nozzle or use the integrated sorbet seems super practical to me, especially when I'm busy or driving. The lid also closes very well and so far I have not had problems with spills. It keeps the water cold for many hours and the large size really helps me drink more water during the day. Despite its capacity, it feels comfortable to wear thanks to the lid handle. I also really liked the design. The color is beautiful, it looks modern and the bottle feels resistant and of good quality.

# Owala Water Bottle – Great for College and Everyday Use I picked up this Owala water bottle because I’m getting ready for college and wanted a reusable bottle that I could take with me throughout the day. I’ve been looking for something practical that I can use around campus, in my dorm, while traveling, and during everyday activities. The first thing I really like is the **overall design**. It has a clean, modern appearance and feels like a bottle I’ll actually want to carry around with me. The design is also convenient for everyday use, and I like that it’s easy to grab and take with me when I’m heading out. The bottle feels well made and sturdy without being unnecessarily complicated. I also appreciate having a reusable option rather than constantly buying disposable water bottles. For college, I think this will be especially useful since I’ll be walking around campus and spending a lot of time away from my dorm. One of my favorite features is how convenient it is to drink from. The design makes it easy to use throughout the day, whether I’m sitting at my desk studying, walking around campus, or traveling. It’s also easy to keep in my dorm room or backpack when I’m not using it. The size is another plus for me. I wanted something that could hold a good amount of water without feeling like I was carrying around an enormous bottle. It seems like a good balance between capacity and portability. I’m especially excited to bring this with me when I move into my University of Tampa dorm. I think it will become one of those everyday items that I keep with me constantly. Overall, I’m really happy with the Owala water bottle. It has a great design, feels durable, and is convenient for everyday use. For anyone looking for a reusable water bottle for college, work, travel, or general daily use, I think this is a great option.

This is my favorite water bottle ever. Not only does it have a sip lid and a straw, but it is also insulated. It's super durable and is dishwasher safe. This is perfect for school, work, or even sports. I've had one for a month now and absolutely loved it. It's not too big or bulky while still holding a good amount of liquid. I have a Sprayground backpack and they are known for having ridiculously small side pockets. This water bottle fits into those pockets which is great. I have the Shy Marshmallow color which looks so good. So I would recommend you buy this if you're looking for a long-term use water bottle that is reliable.

I freaking love this thing. I'm not a trend person, I go for function. And when my STB SIL got my fiancé a shiney new Stanley I decided it was time to replace my beat up Rtic with the mismatch lid and straw. I may not follow trends, but I didn't want my fiancé's cup to put mine to absolute shame! First off, can we all agree that the marshmallow is gorgeous? THIS cup is spectacular. Strange to say that about a water bottle, I know. But since I never jumped on that train, I didn't know what I had been missing out on. Let me tell you what! The most important things to me is taking care of my service dog. She keeps me safe so her care is paramount to me. This enables me to pour my water into her bowl on the fly, without having to open my bottle past what I would do to drink from it. Quick and easy. That right there was the selling point for me. But as it turns out, there was even more benefit than that. I don't chug my water but if I did, the chug hole does works fine. The straw portion is ready to sip from, and it doesn't stick up tall like other water bottle straws. It's JUST tall enough to get the job done. No worry of toppling over because the straw got knocked over by the cat. (Because that happens.) The "handle", which is generally the locking feature unless you're using it as a handle, is well placed and comfortable for my sized hands. Not to small and not clunky and large. STB SIL likes to talk about how great the Stanley handle is, which I don't really get. I like that this doesn't have a handle. I have one to carry it if I need it, and not if I don't. The seal is completely water tight. I occasionally put a drink mix in it and shake vigorously. No leaks whatsoever. In fact... It fits in a car cup holder upside down. That's how I transport it in the car. It doesn't fit butt down, so I put it top down. I've been known to do this with various bottles, so I tried it with this one and it fits ok. It's not ideal but it's better than nothing. Try it in yours! Since it's completely leak proof there's are no worries about spilling. (Just be careful when you remove it that it doesn't unlatch.) Another bonus of the covered straw is that germs don't get in the straw. Perfect because people in public often don't cover their sneezes. Ugh. And the coolest part? Lipstick messes are concealed with a flip of the lid! Easy peasy! I have noticed that the inside of the straw stains a little, which was disappointing. I don't like that I look at it and it looks dirty when it isn't. But I guess I shouldn't have used drink enhancers then. Also, my top color is very light. Other colors might not show that. Another thing that want fun was that when it fell, it dented! Oh no! So beware of that. It keeps my water super cold and I don't go anywhere without it. I love it so much that I'm thinking of getting another so I don't have to limit myself by style! Definitely worth the price since I use it constantly, every day. This one is so chill and Zen... The next one shall be colorful and crazy! One for every mood! I simply can't say enough about this darn water bottle... Does that mean I'm on trend now? Who knows! I just love my Owalla! I'm definitely a fan!

Muito boa, não vaza, conserva a temperatura.

Did not include the green ”cover” as shown. Other than that, I adore this bottle!

Makkelijk drinkbaar!
