Phenomenal pans! I was a little hesitant to buy these pans initially, since I didn't have a lot of experience with stainless steel pans. After buying my 3rd set of non-stick pans in 8 years, I decided to take a leap and learn how to use stainless steel. As you can see from the photos, they look like they're straight out of the box still. Been using these pans for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for a month, so id say every pan has been used at least 20 times. They're virtually non stick with a few sprays of a high smoke point oil like avacado oil! For anyone hesitant on switching from non stick to stainless, just check out a video on the leidenfrost effect and properly pre heating a pan. I promise its super simple! These pans are totally worth the investment! You can't beat an American made company that backs their product with a lifetime warranty!

Works like any other SS pan. The real beauty of this compared to the cheaper options is the handle, and the supposed warranty that I haven’t had to use. Learn the stainless steel technique and it’s the most non stick pan you can buy.

Received the set of 3 frying pans. Initial impressions are the look and quality are amazing. Used the 10" pan for cooking some ground beef. After letting the pan come up to temp (used the water drop test) I dropped the beef in, and was initially concerned that it would stick and be a mess. That quickly took care of itself and the meat brown up nicely and seemed to cook quicker and just looked better Not sure if there is such a things the "placebo effect" for frying pans, but the taste was noticeably better. At this time I'm beyond happy to get rid of the old nasty "non-stick" pans and and put these to the heat!
