Fresh, organic, easy to blend with mixed berry frozen fruits, and other fruits as well. I use almond milk as my liquid base. You can use dairy milk or any other type of alternative milk and I think it would taste just as good. I use a ninja blender where I can attach the blending blade to the bottom of a shaker cup with the Shakeology mix inside, all ready to go. I press the smoothie blend preset option, and in less than 30 seconds my shake is ready to go. So, from scoop to liquid base to fruits to blend, the entire process maybe takes 3 to 4 minutes tops. I have a delicious shake and a ton of nutrients going into my body as the first thing that hits my system in the morning. Super tasty, not overly sweet (I can control some of that with what I blend it with), delicious and smooth. I genuinely do feel very energized when I have this drink during my day, regardless of whether or not I just had a heavy workout. To be honest, I am treating it almost like vitamin supplements for my body. I am middle-aged in my 40s, and I obviously need to have other types of nutritional supplements, but this is an amazing shake, and I can definitely tell it has done wonders for my body. Without it, I feel less balanced, low energy, and my digestive system is not as regular. I’m not a doctor, so I obviously can’t say every single health benefit it has given me, but it has certainly given me great benefits for my life. Because it’s a large bag, and a blend with a scoop, I can control how much I want to drink per day. If I just want half a cup that day, just use half the scoop and use half the ingredients to make the blend last longer. Easy. Done. I first heard about Shakeology from the Insanity workouts from the Beachbody days. Ordered it regularly for a while, stopped for several years, and now I’m happy to have come back to it. Iv'e been using this for 7+ years. The addition of the 0g sugar is much better tasting than the other. I use it as a meal replacement. It sustains me for 4-6 hours afterwards. It keeps by gut regular daily and replenishes my body after a workout. It's creamy when made with milk or similar substitute. After using it for as long as I have, I still purchase it because I have yet to find a cheaper product that tastes this good. It lasts me about 3 months and I use it bout once a day so that's equivalent to nearly $1.50 per shake/ once a day.

By far the best protein shake I have ever had. It has a bit stevia taste but not heavy. I appreciate the 0 added sugar. I am ordering a second flavor now.

I am not a vegan and always choose the vegan option, love the newer 0 sugar option, I add a shot of espresso to my shake and it is amazing after my workout. chocolate taste is delicious. I want to try the other flavors, but I have not done that yet!

I love the chocolate flavor. In my experience it’s the best one.

This is by far my most favorite flavor of Shakeology. I started drinking it back in 2013 and it’s just amazing. I love how full it leaves me feeling. I add banana, peanut butter and spinach for a tasty drink after my morning workout! Great way to start my day.

This protein powder was acceptable. When blended per instructions on the bag, it turned out thick (but became messy and difficult to drink if packed in a thermos as it would gel and separate somewhat over time) but retained a bit of a gritty texture even if consumed right away. The chocolate flavor was very reasonable. Ranked second of 5 protein powders I tried - but only for immediate consumption out of the blender. (Kachava > Shakeology >> Flip >>> Truvani >>>>>>> Sun Warrior.)

Always love Shakology. It is pricy but has the best taste of protein shakes.
