Zuerst - das Produkt ist qualitativ absolut in Ordnung! Aber liebe Hersteller / Verkäufer, ich brauche es als Emulgator in der Küche für Schäume als Speisendekoration. 4-5 im Jahr jeweils eine Messerspitze (2-3g)! Also werfe ich nach einem Jahr (Ende Haltbarkeit) 90g weg - schade. Wie wärs mit einer 20g Packung?
