Prompt shipping,nice packaging, Earthy taste
This soup has an earthy taste to it. I added beef tips to it and cooked in beef broth rather than water. There are pieces that can't be eaten. Like the bark and some roots that were still too fibrous after cooking 2 hrs. The broth is the main thing anyway. This soup is for medicinal use rather than for taste. Using beef and beef stock or broth and salt can help the earthy taste. The packaging was nice. Each item is individually wrapped and the box is packed neatly. Shipping was quick. Received it the second day.

Beware of enclosed eucommia bark if you need to avoid latex!
I haven't yet cooked this but the allergy information is crucial to share. After I received this, I looked up the couple of ingredients I had never heard of before and lo and behold - eucommia bark is a genuine latex plant. Avoid the eucommia bark packet if you need to avoid latex. I've enjoyed a couple of these kits and they've all been nice. I'll be sure to look up all of the ingredients before ordering next time.
