Excellent tailgate griddle with great quality, performance & portability
Excellent product that exceeded my initial expectations. Took to a Penn State tailgate. Cooked a full all day menu, including shrimp wraps and Philly Cheesesteaks. Worked very well. A small propane canister lasted all day with propane to spare. Unit is well made (hinge could be improved), lightweight, very portable and expandable with a side burner. It gets hot quickly and the surface is completely non-stick with zero seasoning needed. Just wipe off and you are ready to go. Purchased a bunch of other Blackstone items, including cooking utensils, portable cutting board and knife set, folding stand, etc. Take note that you cannot use metal cooking utensils or you'll damage the surface.

Part with $199 and Buy this Griddle!
This Griddle is Wonderful! So Glad that I decided to buy it! Have only had it for about 2 weeks and have already prepared bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, steak fajitas, pancakes, and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Really Enjoy cooking nice, Big breakfasts on this Griddle. The ceramic surface is non-stick and very Easy to clean.

Great Customer Service
Blackstone’s customer service was second to none. It took a few to get a hold of them but once I did they took care of the damage issue, very satisfied.

Very dissatisfied with return process
I’m thoroughly disappointed with my Blackstone campsite Grill. ignition switch would not work griddle plate would not secure to the fasting clip and was not comfortable using. Went to go try to return it on Amazon site and was rejected. We recently purchased several camping supplies through Amazon to go with our new RV not sure that will continue or not after this unfortunate situation.

Cheap Handle.
The handle is VERY flimsy. Mine broke after a year. Very disappointing that Blackstones design is bad. I hope it has been improved on the newer ones. Blackstone sent a new improved handle after reaching out to them. Good customer service. I’m happy with the griddle overall.

Very compact, works well
Works great for what we were looking for. We have an outdoor kitchen and wanted to add a griddle, but didn’t want a freestanding Blackstone. This was a great compromise, it fits neatly in the cabinet and only comes out when we need it. Was worried about the surface not allowing metal utensils, but the plastic ones work great. So far it’s been perfect, and we’re looking forward to taking it with us when camping or on trips.
