I thought it would just save me a bit of time — I had no idea it would clean THIS well. It’s like having a mini housekeeper who never complains, never gets tired, and does a perfect job every single day. The vacuuming is incredible. It picks up hair, dust, crumbs — everything. But the mopping is what shocked me the most. I used to mop the floors manually and still see streaks or patches. This Eufy mops better than I do! The floors look shiny, clean, and fresh without me lifting a finger. It glides around gently and leaves the whole house smelling amazing. It’s quiet, smart, easy to empty, easy to set up, and honestly just makes life easier. I run it once a day and my house has never looked this clean with so little effort I never thought under my beds and under my sofas was that dirty it shocked my when I see the water that dirty and black 😳 If you’re thinking about buying one, don’t wait like I did. Just get it. This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made — worth every single penny.

Robot! Wow! Excellent when it works. Customer service worse than shocking when the Robot stops working!! They sound like they’re doing you a favour. You have to pay to return the faulty product. Terrible customer service. You have been warned!! There are alternatives. Very, very dissatisfied customer.

This robovac is so good that I have bought another one. My hard flooring looks clean and great. And it is very quiet. It is significantly better than the Roomba J7 I have, but not as good on door mat cleaning. I guess the lower noise means lower suction. It connects easily to the wi-fi, unlike the Roomba. There is no instruction manual and the app is plain confusing - and I have taken one star out of what is otherwise an "Apple" quality poduct.

We have a relatively large home with varnished cork floors on the downstairs level. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a litter tray, two teenagers, as well as a gravel driveway. So it is a constant battle to keep our ground floor presentable. The Robo vac has been life changing - we set it to mop once a day and hoover 4 times. It does an excellent job and worked straight out of the box with no drama or complicated set up. It maps the house itself and gets going. Easy. It’s not all rosey - it’s pretty noisy, a little slow, and when it empties itself (every 10 minutes) it sounds like a jet engine! Nevertheless we are still delighted and it has exceeded our expectations. This might be the best £500 I’ve ever spent.

Very simple to set up with easy to use with the instructions on the lid when you open the box. You need to download the app, but again very simple. Operation very straightforward through the app. Set it off when I leave for work in the morning. Amazing difference to the carpet and cleanliness of the tiled floor in the utility room.

I own two eufy x10 pro omni and I really love it. Great price and cleaning quality.
