I am a woman with US size 6 feet, and this was way too big to my feet. I like the concept but had to make to with a regular toe spacer instead of this tool. It looks and feels like it’s well made though.

I don't know if it's useful or not, but after using it, my calves are really sore! Maybe I'm just too lazy. I think it's helpful!

I wasn't sure what to expect with these. I get Plantar Fasciitis every few years because of the shoes I choose to wear. I thought this might be helpful to keep my feet strong and hopefully prevent Plantar Fasciitis from returning. However, I found them difficult to wear - even for several minutes. The toe separators are a soft pliable rubber that you can fit in-between your toes. Once in place they are difficult to walk around in and I found that my feet hurt more from them. Maybe if they weren't quite so thick?

This has really helped with my foot pain!! I am barefoot a LOT, and my arches were falling, causing upper foot pain and sleepless nights. Tried this and within 2 sessions, I could feel the pain easing. I use this watching TV or on my tablet, fifteen minutes and it really stretches the bones and tendons! I use it along with wearing Copper Edge copper arch support slip on, which compress your feet bones a bit so walking barefoot is much more comfortable!

Quality is good so pretty but hurt my toes maybe too big for me.
