This little bag is perfect for a busy mommy who had two maybe three children holds their water bottles, not huge ones for all day for a trip to the park or maybe one large one in the center for the family Their phones has room for little doggy poop bags has room for bandages phone charges pen, pencil maybe a small crayon package with a small coloring book on the go! it looks rich in the cream and tan combination that I bought. Looks like you like a type of canvas that can wipe easily clean. I bought the tan because I hate looking in a black purse that you can’t find anything because it’s so dark in there. This saves time for mom when time counts! If you’re thinking about a crossover or a backpack for a little quick trips that you need to carry some small necessities it’s perfect

-Access hole: I was looking for a bag like this because I could run my own cords through the access hole to charge my devices. Specifically, USB C cords with power delivery for my bigger electronics. The access hole is very small, I could hardly get the USB C cable through. I tried removing it on the plane, but couldn't till I had more room to really force it. -Water bottles: The bottle holders can fit a plastic standard water bottle, anything else and it likely won't work. I have one of the slimmest 16 oz metal water bottles you can get, and even that wouldn't fit. I managed to twist and lodge it in there and its been like that for a few weeks in hopes it will stretch it a bit. If you have a cord going out the access hole, one of the bottle holders is not usuable. -Laptop compartment: It serves its purpose, it seems decently padded, and it is easy to pull the laptop in and out. However, it is made for very large laptops, like 17"+ and my smaller 15" laptop is very loose. There is a Velcro to keep in place, but it can't tighten enough for anything smaller than a 17" laptop. -Look and feel: Looks and feels great. The pictures make it seem huge but that's not the case. Smooth texture on the bottom, and color is nice. Very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I've never had any problems with the backpack feeling uncomfortable. Everything feels well made while using it. -Pockets: Not a lot of specific pockets. Just a few big pockets in each section. No pencil holders or anything like that. Definitely something that could have been improved on. Feels like everything I put in there was like throwing it in a draw string bag, hard to keep things organized. -Size: Looking at it, it seems like a standard sized bag, but there is a ton of room in this thing. I didn't need the expandable section but it's nice to know it's there. If you are looking for something to hold a lot, but doesn't look huge, this is it. In summary, there are a few things I can pick out that should have been better, but this has a lot of the features I was looking for. I would get it again over some of the more expensive bags out there.

I really like the bag, but I have not found my comfortable way to wear it yet. When I just have it, it where bookbag style, but when I go to work I have a bookbag I wear, so I try to sling it on my shoulder and it fights me the whole time. On my old bag I could sling it crossbody and have the bag in front, but I havent been able to get the straps to loosen enough for that. I think I also need to move the clips at the bottom to one side. I had a similar style bag and I thought they were the same size, but due to the tapering at the top of this bag it is not fully the same. My Galaxy Tab S9 FE fits at the bottom but it can't be zipped up. It is very lightweight and I like the separate compartments of the bag so I can easily access what I need. My issues are not the bags fault, its a me problem and it isnt as serious as it sounds. :)

Love this bag so much that I ordered one for my mom and one for my daughter. My neighbor saw it and ordered one for herself. It's very convenient and light, can fit a bottle of water (Yes, a half liter bottle fits!) and a compact umbrella on the sides. Has a small pocket for tickets (parking/transportation) and other pockets useful for phone, glasses, wallet and more. Has also a mesh on the back. Seems durable and none of us had problems with the zippers. Amazon delivery left one at a neighbor house (by mistake I assume) and they never gave it back, they must have liked it too :(

Super cute. Very light weight. Very functional. Too small for a 13’tablet, but can carry a phone. Other than that, for everyday carrying the same amount of stuff you would in a small purse… it’s cute.

Very inconvenient bag. I was hoping it be great for a trip to Disney world because of the capability to go from a shoulder to back pack. I did not love the size, it is very small. It could work if you have like 2 things to put in there. The cup holder is tiny on the side, so be aware.
