Great weighted rope!
This gives me such a good work out! I'm glad I picked this over the 1lb for now since I think I would've dreaded jumping with 1lb continuously. With this rope, I can now jump for 30 min (with small breaks in between). I still have my regular rope, but it's not seeing as much use right now. I really like the swivel and the overall quality of this rope, it makes me feel like a pro even though I've just started. I am also trying to learn some other tricks with this rope and it's super helpful since I can really feel and hear the rope hit the floor. It also helps me keep my rhythm. My hands/arms/shoulders weren't too used to it, so then if it hurts too much I'd switch to my lighter rope, then go back to this 0.5lb rope later!

Gets five stars from me, this is my third hererope and was equally pleased as with my other two ropes great ropes definitely recommend 100 percent !

The best ropes around
HereRopes are the best! I have several different ones. They are all great! I’d suggest getting the 1/4lb and 1/2lb ropes before getting the 1lb. The 1lb is hard core. They all are. You gotta work your way up…..
