Not bad for the money.
Let's face it. If you are here at all it's because you don't want to spend $1799 on that active speaker set with the bronze cones and tower cabinets. The question at hand then; Is this soundbar and speaker set worth the money? I will say at this price point I was not expecting much. When I ordered it I thought, "this is probably crap, but I can return it if it's no good." But I am happy to say that this set of speakers met or exceeded all of my expectations. The soundbar itself, as well as the surround speakers, are better looking than I thought they would be. The subwoofer looks a bit cheap, but aesthetics aside all of the speakers function as intended. It was fairly easy to set up. The only hiccup I ran into during set up was the HDMI cable included with the kit did not work for eARC Dolby Atmos functionality. I'm not sure if the cable I got was faulty or if they are shipping them with the wrong cables. Either way, most speaker set's do not come with an HDMI cable so just a head's up, you might need a different HDMI cable. As far as sound quality goes I would say that it sounds better than built in TV speakers for sure, but don't expect to be blown away by it. Sound is clear, but lacks the sort of richness and range that you might find in a more expensive set. I was able to use all of the functions advertised including Dolby Atmos. The system turns on and off via the HDMI eARC and I can control the volume with any of the remotes I have linked to my TV (TV remote, Fire Stick remote, and now the remote specifically for this speaker set). Overall I will say that this speaker set is exactly what you pay for. You will neither be disappointed, nor overly impressed. But it is worth the money in my opinion.

Best Atmos Budget Soundbar
This sound bar makes plenty of crystal clear sound for its compact size. The downfiring sub is quite deep for the 4" driver. The main front delivers excellent midrange with clear vocals. The surround speakers gets to work at its best. Through the app the firmware is updated and when a true Atmos track is passed through the information is seen on the front display of the sound bar. Dolby Atmos is very detailed and the sound placement through the 5.1 channels are perfect for such a budget sound bar. The front stage is so cinematic and it sounds directly from the TV screen. The woofer, front sound bar and surround speakers all work in tandem and sync perfectly. The surround speakers connect wirelessly to the main system and this avoids the messy wiring to the front under the carpet. Overall happy with my purchase.

Pretty good sound system!!
Well, it was time for a new sound system, I looked around and surprise, surprise, everything good costs an arm and a leg. I decided to take a chance with this system and I cannot say I’m disappointed. I did find it on sale during Black Friday but again, this a pretty decent system. I’m not a sound snob but this does the job. Provides a decent thump to my movie nights with the fam. Definitely worth the $120. I like how the controller already comes with programmed pre-settings. I did notice that the smaller speakers don’t produce much sound unless the movies have the Dolby sound feature, cool thing is the controller has an activation button just for that extra oomph. Anyway, all in all, I’m pretty happy with my sound system.

Great Upgrade to my Bedroom setup!
I desperately needed to upgrade my TV speakers because the sound quality was underwhelming, so I pulled the trigger and purchased the ULTIMEA Aura A50 Pro 5.1ch Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, and it has completely transformed my bedroom entertainment experience. The sound quality is incredibly immersive, with clear dialogue, rich mids, and deep, powerful bass from the subwoofer. The two rear surround speakers make movies and shows feel like a true theater experience. Setup was simple, and I really appreciate the multiple connection options, especially HDMI eARC, which works flawlessly with my TV. The app control is convenient and makes switching modes or adjusting levels super easy. Overall, this system delivers impressive performance for the price. Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or listening to music, the Aura A50 Pro consistently sounds amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home theater or bedroom without breaking the bank!

ULTIMEA Aura A50 Pro: Big Cinematic Sound in a Compact Package
If you're looking for a home theater experience that truly pulls you into the action, the ULTIMEA Aura A50 Pro is a game-changer. This isn’t just another basic soundbar—it’s a fully immersive 5.1 surround system that transforms movies, music, and gaming into something spectacular. Setup & Design Right out of the box, everything feels premium. The system includes a sleek, compact soundbar, two satellite surround speakers, and a powerful subwoofer that, despite its smaller size, delivers deep, room-shaking bass. Setup is straightforward with multiple connection options—HDMI eARC, Optical, Bluetooth, and Aux-in—so whether you’re using it for a TV, PC, or console, you’re covered. The satellites connect wirelessly to the soundbar (aside from their power supply), keeping cable clutter to a minimum. Performance & Sound Quality This system is all about cinematic depth. The soundbar houses three well-positioned speakers that spread audio spaciously, while the Dolby Atmos support (when using eARC) creates a real 3D soundscape. Even if you don’t have eARC, the system still delivers impressive Dolby 5.1 surround, making you feel right in the middle of the action. Whether it’s the roar of an engine, the delicate notes of a song, or the heavy thud of an explosion, everything is crystal clear. The subwoofer packs a serious punch, elevating action scenes and bass-heavy music tracks to another level. Smart Features & Customization One of the standout features is the mobile app control, which lets you fine-tune your audio experience. With presets for movies, music, and games, or the option to manually tweak the EQ, you can adjust the sound to your preference. The included remote control also gives you quick access to essential settings. Final Verdict For the price, the ULTIMEA Aura A50 Pro offers phenomenal value. It’s sleek, easy to set up, and delivers high-quality surround sound that rivals far more expensive systems. Best suited for small to medium-sized rooms, this setup will completely transform your movie nights, gaming sessions, or even casual music listening. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their sound experience without breaking the bank.

Sound bar *can* sound OK. Surround is sub-par.
The A50 Pro sound bar setup *can* sound OK - just not Out of the Box. Unit came with FW v31. All the EQ presets sounded flat out awful and muddy. There was an update for v51 when paired the ULTIMEA app on my phone. A substantial improvement but still not tolerable. I'm far from an audiophile or "purest", but I do have functioning ears. And having used actual surround HTS systems for many years I know what the media should sound like. With the exception of Voice or Night mode all dialogue sounded like characters were doing a Christian Bale Batman impersonation. Annoyingly, to customize the EQ the app is required. There is the option of a 10-band EQ, or "STYLE" option which is a bit more user friendly for the less technical, and how I opted to customize it. I found in the mid of the "Rock" grid section sounded most accurate and pleasing. The remote omits a "USER" EQ button. Once again requiring the app if you happen to switch to one of the preset EQs. As for the surround, for actual Dolby content the rears work as expected - limited to background SFX. But for stereo content I wasn't impressed. System has 2 options for virtual surround, with an X-Surround mode that can be toggled ON/OFF. X-Surround providing more of a theater listening experience, though maybe too much general movies and TV. Ups the bass too much IMO. Toggled OFF the front speakers are more natural, and the rears essentially duplicating the FL&FR channels. In this mode audio can sound a bit echoey. Shy of physically disconnecting them surround up-mixing cannot be disabled for stereo content. In short I find the post processing of this audio system to be excessive. At the very least still needs fine tuning and in need of further updates. I'm tempted to just pack the rears away and use it as a 3.1 system. Or use a remote controlled outlet adapter to use them only as needed. Though the rears must be connected for FW updates. Rear speakers are wirelessly connected to the sound bar, though connected together via RCA cable (~5m). Can use an extension or another generic cable if needed. If I do use them I'll get some RCA - speaker wired adapters. Less of an eyesore than the black RCA cable provided. AC outlet only needed for the RR speaker. Subwoofer is OK-ish, though could be more powerful. There is no dedicated adjustment for the sub itself. Maybe in part to the smaller size. I think with 20% more gain low end bass would be ideal. Sub is corded, length ~3m, and uses a proprietary plug. Will require placement in near proximity to the TV. I do like that this has a LED display - which is both dimmable and only briefly visible when sending inputs. My LG TV does not display the Vol level with any external audio so that feature was a requirement for me. Would have preferred the capacitive buttons at least have some backlighting as well as I do make use of them. Vol has 100 levels which is far too many. 30-40 is more typical and practical. There is a power On/Off tone. That vol level is adjustable and can even be muted. Tone isn't obnoxious though longer than necessary. Another annoyance is it's bit too energy efficient - taking a sec to wake up once an audio signal is detected. May not be a big deal for TV use, but those wanting to use this with a PC and doing media editing could prove aggravating. This sound bar is a downgrade to my previous Blu-Ray/HTS combo unit. Unfortunately that system lacked ARC support and CEC didn't play nicely where I had been using optical, despite still connected via HDMI for video. So this was a bit of a trade-off of fidelity for simplicity. I would have preferred the M60 model but that being 31-1/2" was an 1/8" too wide for my TV cabinet. Conversely, this sound bar could be a bit wider for better channel separation. For the cost this is OK, but user experience for a packaged system leaves a bit to be desired. And whoever ULTIMEA has programming these EQ settings needs their ears cleaned.

Ultimea Aura 50 pro is Ultimate
Just got my hands on the Ultimea Aura A50 Pro to pair with my new 86-inch beast of a TV, and honestly, it's like night and day. The built-in speakers on big TVs are usually pretty decent, but this setup takes everything to theater-level immersion without spending a ton. Took about half an hour to set up – soundbar centered below the screen (it's compact, so no issues with the huge TV stand), subwoofer in the corner for that deep rumble, and surrounds placed behind the couch. The BassMX tech really delivers on explosions and bass-heavy scenes – you feel it in your chest. Dolby Atmos makes sounds swirl around the room; rain, helicopters, everything feels like it's coming from above and all sides. Dialogue is sharp and clear, even in noisy action movies. Tweaked a few settings in the app for my larger living room, and it fills the space perfectly. Bluetooth streaming from my phone sounds great too for music. If you've got a big screen and want that true cinematic punch on a budget, this is it. Super happy – feels like I'm at the movies every night!

Does not perform to my standards
I’m gonna go on a rant here. I’m a professional live sound engineer and have been mixing, designing and installing sound systems for quite some time now so my ears have adapted to hearing high fidelity audio all the time. After buying this system to give a chance to very little known products I’ve realized why they’re not very well known. First I’ll go over the pros though. I love the fact that the rear surround speakers don’t need any cables from the central unit attached to them to work. They’re wireless and that eliminates cable hassle. Second, the setup was extremely quick. Downloaded the app, went through the process and was listening to the system in about 3 min. The app is very intuitive and easy to navigate they’ve really thought very thoroughly on ease of use. Now, as good as all those things were, I have to go over the negatives and mind you, this is just a very humble opinion on my part and I’m writing this to prepare anyone who’s an audiophile themselves for potential disappointment. For me, the quality was just not there. The system is tuned to heighten the bass and hide the rest of the sound spectrum above 125hz. It is very inconsistent thought out the presets they give and not really tunable, believe I tried to measure and tune it the best I could but I was very limited with the 10 band eq. It all starts with a good transducer and this system just doesn’t deliver the same sonic quality my ears are used to. I do believe however that for the price point it is a very good starter for someone who’s on a budget and is looking to upgrade their sound from just tv speakers. All in all, an ok product for the average consumer but if you really want a high fidelity system and have the budget for it, invest in something better.

Upgrade your listening experience! Amazing!
I got this because I was fed up of the rubbish speakers that come built into my television. They are very thin sounding and really take me away from the content that I am watching, so I got this Ultimea setup so that I could upgrade my listening setup In the box it comes with a full 5.1 setup. This means you get a sound bar, two smaller back speakers and a subwoofer. This gives you all the highs, mids and lows you might need for a good listening experience. The speakers that are provided are a mix of high quality plastics and metals. These all have a good weight to them and have some nice finishing. These aren't the sort of speakers that you would want to hide away. The speakers took a few minutes to setup as I was having to run cables behind sofas and under rugs to get the cleanest look but after this was setup I sat down to do a listening test and I was blown away. The sound was so much better but it was also all around me. The Dolby Atmos setup just surrounded me with sound and it felt like I was in the middle of the sound stage. I listened to some classical and I could hear some notes/ instruments that I could not hear before off of the TV speakers, it was like I was listening in high definition all of a sudden! I downloaded the app to have a little play around with it. This was quite useful as you can change some of the default settings and create custom modes. This was especially useful when listening to a movie because I was able to increase the highs a little more and reduce the bass because a lot of movies are bass heavy. Where with gaming, I wanted to increase the bass, I wanted to hear footsteps coming so I was ready. Overall, this setup has been a huge upgrade to my listening experience. The sound quality is just excellent. When I got this it was £199.99 and even then, I would of said that the price was justified, it has since been reduced to £99.99 and this is just amazing value! I can highly recommend this! 5/5!
