右手が手根管症候群になり、桂むきが辛くなったので購入。感想は、 「もっと早く購入すれば良かった！」です。 痛む手で 我慢してむいていた時より 時短なのはもちろん、薄くシャキシャキが長持ちします。 今のところ 桂むきしか使っていませんので、替え刃の具合はわかりませんが、購入して良かったです。

練習せずにプロの細工！
誰でも簡単に、網切りや桂剥きが出来るのは嬉しいです。特に練習もせず、いきなりプロの細工が出来ました。刺身を出す時は絶対に使います。楽しくて大根や人参を余計に削ってしまい、浅漬けにして食べるつもりです。 ただ、本体が少し軽いので安っぽく感じますし、強度が高いのか不安はありますが、飲食店でも使える代物だと思います。
