Doesn't fit
I was excited for this. It was the Amazon overall pick. It did not fit in my shampoo bowl at all. The block was worthless. I had 3 different people sit at my bowl to see & it made zero difference. The block just hangs low. Total waste. It actually was just in my way when shampooing.

Comfortable but not functional
It's nice but doesn't allow me to rinse the nap of the client's neck properly without getting them wet. It also slides around. I wish it sectioned to the bowl.

Slides at times.
This is a nice touch for my sink but it comes loose and slides along the lip if the bowl of it gets too wet. My clients like how comfortable it is. Just wish I could somehow adhere it to the bowl.

Not for Portable Sinks, otherwise it is made of good material.
It looks sturdy, but it’s not for the portable sinks, as they are too short and don’t provide head support. However, if it’s for regular stationary sinks, this may be ideal. I would have given a 5 start if if fitted in my portable sinks. It feels good though.

Shampoo Sink neck rest
Quality is sturdy, clients like the head rest area. Only thing it doesn’t sit securely in neck rest, it doesn’t grab the porcelain, it slides around. It easily moves around.
