Good product. Rapid rehydration gets to work pretty quickly. Quite the salty taste on the tongue. The after taste is nice, where the raspberry flavours really come through. Packaging perfect for travel and convenient to use quickly on the go

My favourite electrolytes
Excellent product that has been helping me with energy, great tasting- I particularly enjoy both the raspberry and watermelon flavours. Helps to keep me hydrated and is very effective. I keep in my handbag, in sachets so easy to carry around with me. Easy to mix, add to my water bottle and shake.

Good product but damn the taste is horrendous
No issue with the quality of the product but damn it taste soooo salty. Verging on undrinkable for me which is a shame because the little sachets are super handy to carry on long runs. The taste doesn't stay in your mouth long but the initial flavour hit with every sip is pure salt water and that's not a good thing!!
