Worked for a deep and narrow cup holder
My car has a deep and narrow cup holder (2.5 in wide, 3.75 in deep) and this is the only phone holder that looked like it might work. It fit my cup holder! The measurement diagram on shop page and the base that can be offset from center convinced me to buy. The provided installation instructions weren't the best I've seen, but were helpful. Build quality looks good. Phone is held stable.

Never going back to windshield mounts

Price is much higher than the quality.
It is made out of fine materials, but shaking absorption mechanism is inefficient. It shakes a lot event at slow speeds.

Leaned in cupholder
I bought this to replace my old phone car mount and I liked it in my husband’s car where the cup holders are at a normal height. I tried it in my car the next day and it wasn’t ideal in there. My cupholders are in a low position, around hip level, and the placement of the first cupholder is right next to my hip. I extended the cup holder as high as it would go and the weight of my phone caused the entire product to lean even with a drink in the cup holder. Overall, I thought this product was ok and was functional but just not great for my car.
