Im goingbthrough chemo treatment right now & I bought these because i get pretty sick a couple days after treatment. I absolutely love the taste of these, im not a big water drinker I know i should be drinking more especially with being sick, but these definitely make a difference on my water intake. I try to mix & drink at least 1 packet a day. I will definitely be purchasing more.
