After trying many different supplements, the 3 steps gut restoration program is the only one that actually helped me. Had pain in my stomach for a while, acid reducers, probiotics, etc. didn't help .. but this actually did. Read about the ingredients, from what I hear they supposedly assist removal of irrtators from the digestive tract.

I have been diagnosed with IBS/SIBO and have struggled for years, even with a complete dietary change. No wheat, no sugar, and limited vegetables and fruit to calm my digestion. Although those changes made a huge difference, I was still suffering from issues, including nighttime pain and gas. Then my functional medicine doctor recommended trying "GI Revive", and it made such a BIG difference in how I felt. Wonderful product! But I wanted to see if there was more I could do. Then I saw that Designs for Health had another product, "igGI Shield" to use alongside the "GI Revive." I'm now using both products, and I'm amazed by the additional healing I've experienced! I'm now experiencing absolutely no pain at night, and I'm able to sleep much better. The gas and bloating are getting better every day. My belly feels comfortable and is getting flatter too! (It isn't an instant fix. I'm just starting my 3rd bottle.) I tried the probiotics recommended in the description, but since I make my own kefir and yogurt at home, I'm getting plenty of wonderful probiotics, so I wanted to save some money. I may go back to them to help build up those probiotics in my gut as well. It is best to gather a diverse range of probiotic species. One product won't change your health, but a combination of efforts can. I highly recommend trying both products simultaneously if you're looking for effective gut healing. I realize these are expensive supplements, but Designs For Health is a quality company backed by solid research, and Dr recommended!

Using this for 4 months ; I like the capsules and no tastes I wish the cost was cheaper but it does seem to help my digestion

My husband has major gut issues, including inflammation and leaky gut and this has hands down been the biggest game changer in his regime. Of all of the things we have tried this has had the most long term effect. He notices when he doesn't take it and gets almost immediate relief when he does. He takes it about 30 minutes before a meal to help with digestion and inflammation. I have tried it before, it doesn't have much of a taste. He usually just mixes it into a little shot of water and downs it. It is on the more expensive side, but worth EVERY penny in my opinion for the relief it brings him.
