Star Wars the Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels - Nintendo Wii

Fun game for adults and kids of the star wars saga cartoons. Love my wii because your movements are needed instead of just the hands, but remember when your wildly flailing your arms about don't knock things over!

This is the perfect game to be on the WII. I just wish I bought the Light Sabers! This game is so much fun! You can play all your favorite characters from the animated series(after a period of time). If you love the animated series and have a wii, this is a must have.

My son got this for his birthday last January, and I think he only played it three times. I even got him the light sabers to play with the Wii to make it more like the Star Wars fights. He said this game is hard to pass levels, so he looses interest. When he does play it he has fun, but gets irritated when he can't pass a level. He likes the graphics better on this games versus the Wii Sports game. These Star Wars people actually have arms and legs, and not on the Sports game from Wii. He is 11 years old, and is a big Star Wars fan, so this game is perfect for him. He just doesn't have the patients to beat the levels!

I've been a Star Wars fan for almost all of my life, and I must say this is one of the best "versus" Star Wars game out there, besides it's a good game for the whole family, and if you like the new animated series you will enjoy this game. The graphics are great and some of the history is direct from the TV series. The dialogue is witty and funny, since it was made with almost the entire cast of the animated series. The cutscenes are either from the movie or the TV series. The playability is very simple, but it really takes a while to master it. My only dissapointment is the lack of such great characters like Yoda. This game is more enjoyable if you play it with friends.

This is incredibly challenging! I bought this game since I had beaten all the levels on lego star wars and it was starting to get boring. I started out on Jedi Knight thinking that it would be no sweat but I was taken down completely! I had to go back and start on Youngling level and even that was difficult. I would not recommend this for anyone under the age of 13. My younger siblings tried it but got way to frustrated. If you're a star wars fan looking for some real lightsaber action this is the game for you!

Understand how much I wanted this game, and for how long. I wanted a Wii as soon as I knew the system was being created because it seemed to have been designed with a lightsaber in mind. I imagined a game much like those samurai games in the arcade where you hold the sword in different positions to block and counter. Sorry... this game offers nothing close to resembling pseudo-realistic saber combat. The aforementioned blocking is done by holding B. The lightsaber strokes have almost nothing to do with the motions of the remote, and certainly don't correspond directly. I'm sure you've heard of button-mashing. This is 'mote-spasming. Wiggle the remote until you hit something. Same annoyance; different form. You might think I came to this game with high expectations. I think of it instead that I came to it with high optimism. Sadly, that optimism was not rewarded.

I love this game because everyone in our house can play it, even our six year old. As a Star Wars fan, I just had to buy it, and I am very glad that I did. I love the different people that you get to battle. Good exercise too.

I could not be able to start the game since it is not compatible with the system that we use in our country (Turkey) and I do not remember that I was warned for this matter during the purchase process. I would be happy to return it however I did not have time for it. Briefly I am not happy with this purchase.

Great game

Not that great of a game. My nephew played for a day or two. Never played after that.
