Great product fitted straight onto my bath took no time at all to fit with no leaks. Would buy product again.

WARNING - WARNING - WARNING. EDIT: 04/04/2024. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THESE TAPS AFTER A FEW MONTHS. These taps rust from the inside. When i turn the tap on all brown water comes through for a few seconds. It has got so bad that i have had to replace them already after a few months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!

Faulty product refunded after a couple weeks. Wasn’t the fastest process, mostly due to Amazon’s contacting procedure, but got there eventually.

Look good

The taps turn in opposite directions (and they don't turn far), which is very odd, but they only need a slight movement to make water shoot out of the shower head. Unfortunately, the handpiece is plastic and so light the water pressure made it whip all round the bath, soaking me and everything else in the process! It also meant the handpiece jumped out of the wall holder (which isn't supplied). We overcame this by putting our old, heavier handpiece on the hose and the new shower head (the sprinkler part where the water comes out) on the end. That done, it's a very efficient, effective shower. It's also elegant looking and is a good match for the existing taps on our wash basin. If you don't have a shower unit already that you're replacing so you can swap the handpiece, you're probably better off buying a more expensive one. You get what you pay for.

Looks good but very flimsy. Plastic part already cracked. Spout moves. You get what you pay for.

After just months the handheld shower which is almost entirely plastic and cheap feeling began to rust at the head which has a single screw which is clearly not stainless or brass as it should be. Rush dripped down and began staining the tub straight away.
