My main concerns around my eyes are dryness, morning puffiness, and the appearance of fine lines, so I’ve been looking for an everyday eye cream that provides good hydration without feeling overly rich or greasy. This one has been a great balance for me. It feels nourishing when I apply it, but the texture is still light enough that it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a shiny or oily layer behind. I’ve been applying a small amount around both eyes, gently tapping it into the skin rather than rubbing. The area immediately feels more moisturized, and with regular use my under-eye skin has been feeling noticeably softer and smoother. I particularly like using it at night, but the non-greasy texture also makes it easy to use during the day. It doesn’t feel heavy when I apply other skincare products afterward. The ingredient combination was one of the main reasons I wanted to try it. It has retinol along with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, green tea, and ginseng, so it covers several things I was looking for without requiring multiple separate products. My skin tends to prefer hydrating formulas, and I like how comfortable this feels around the delicate eye area. The container is only 0.5 oz, but a little goes a surprisingly long way since you only need a small amount each time. Overall, I’ve enjoyed adding this to my skincare routine. Genetics, diet, lack of sleep - they all contribute or compound my eye bags, which are already prone to swelling (I have Asian fatty eyelids), and have struggled with puffy eyes all my life. When I smile, my eyes disappear into my eye bags - so I've resorted to avoiding taking pictures. My go to was to spend $50 on the Fresh Lotus Eye Gel which provided the best relief, but was very costly (it comes in a very small amount, and the dispenser makes it impossible to use all of the gel). It was the best I could find at the time, and I had tried eye creams from department to drug stores. I was out of my Lotus gel and was browsing Amazon and came across this item, and read the reviews. I had spent more on other eye creams that didn't work, so I thought "why not, let's give it a shot." I'm glad I did. I've been using it daily, night and day, since I received it about 13 days ago. So far, it's really controlled the puffiness of my eyes, and I've had some very late nights recently. I've noticed with the lotus gel that its efficacy has decreased over time - either they changed their formula or my eyes adapted to it after years of use. Either way, this cream is amazing. It's a huge tub that will last a long time, and the price is incomparable. My only fear is that my eyes will "adapt" and it will not work as well, but for now I hope to get a good few years of use out of it!

I really like this eye cream. It has a light fresh scent. I love the way it feels. It's not heavy or oily. I swear I can see results after just the first week. I only gave 4 stars because it does burn if you get it in your eyes, which is easy to do if your really trying to cover all the skin around the eyes.

does not burn your eyes and very moisturizing

The first tub of this was wonderful! Smooth and comforting under my tired eyes. I was delighted to find a reasonably priced product that really seemed to help with tired, dark under-eye circles. I eagerly ordered a second tub and was surprised how strong the floral scent was! I thought I might get used to it but it made my eyes water and made me sneeze. After the second day I decided to return it. :(

I’ve been a huge fan of Tree To Tub products for 1.5-2 years now. I’ll put it out there that I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist, and Certified Makeup Artist. I use the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This company uses pure, clean, natural products, which to me is incredibly important. When I found out they added an eye cream to their line, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! I have the MOST sensitive, dry skin (eczema, contact demititis, and allergic to everything), and that’s why I trust this company so much. I feel like they created this eye cream for specifically for my needs. It’s incredibly hydrating, has helped reduce the look of fine lines and one deep set wrinkle around my eyes, and reduced puffiness. Not only that, I never realized I had dark circles until after I started using this eye cream. It has really helped brighten up my eye area. I don’t feel like I look as tired, and this eye cream sits beautifully under makeup. No “pill” effect during application. Just amazing. Obviously I could go on and on about this amazing eye cream. So to finally cut to the chase, buy this. You need it in your life. You will NOT regret it!!

First of all, I love ALL Tree to Tub products!! They really go out of the way to make natural, ph-balanced products that are also very EFFECTIVE (which isn't the case for many other natural brands). So my expectations for this eye cream were very high. I have been using this eye cream for about 5 days now, and while it is still too early to see any major effects, the instantaneous results include a nice cooling effect, increased circulation of the under eye area, a non-greasy finish, and the tiiiiiny bit of dimethicone is perfect for sealing in all the other products I wear during my nighttime routine. I use this as the last step in my skincare routine. I haven't used this during the daytime yet, but I imagine it would work well under sunscreen and also help concealer and eye makeup adhere to the skin due to the non-greasy finish. Because this comes in a pot, be sure to apply with clean fingers only and to put the top back on immediately after use to prolong the life of the peoduct. A little goes a LONG way, so I imagine that with sanitary practices, it'll last a very long time. Another winning product from Tree to Tub!
