Great quality for a good price
After drying the filament in the oven for ~3 hours at 75-80 °C and printing using the SUNLU drying box I am getting very good results. First I tried printing using only the drying box but then some horizontal holes were appearing. I solved that with the oven. The pieces are really strong. I took the pictures without cleaning or post-processing the pieces. Printer: Ender 3pro Hotend: Dragon HF Phaetus Nozzle: Nozzle X E3D Fan: Hero me gen5 dual fan 5015 Fan speed: 20-30 % (65 % for bridges) Hotend temperature: 258 °C Bed temperature: 85 °C Bed adhesion: Glue stick Enclosure: No Support: No Layer height: 0.15 mm Print speed: 40-50 mm/s Retraction: 6 mm at 40 mm/s

It's a little difficult to print
It's a hard one to print, you've got to get the temperatures right and I struggled for a while. I found that printing at a 260C nozzle temperature and 100C bed temperature worked. A glue stick is your friend here, I think using glue is a MUST to prevent warping. After doing this, I had perfect prints, which were absolutely solid due to the nylon and carbon fibre.

Hope you have a good dryer
As long as you can get this bone dry, it's a very nice filament. Dry it for an unreasonable amount of time, then dry it as much again. Once this is done, repeat. Once you've done this, it's an impressive material at a great price. Oh, and if you haven't printed in a while - even if it's in a dry box - you know what you've got to do. Again.

My best quality prints ever using this Carbon Fiber Filled Nylon Filament
I took a chance on trying out this filament on my printer half expecting my printer to have issues processing this material. I fitted a 0.6mm hardened nozzle to my printer and performed some small test prints to check nozzle and bed temperatures for material / layer adhesion. The printer was surprisingly easy to tune to suit this material. The price of this filament is a bit on the premium side compared to PLA, PETG, etc... but for that extra money spent I have had the best quality functional prints I have ever achieved on my printer. I have ordered another 2 rolls of the filament so that I always have some to hand. My only frustration... I have not found this filament in rolls larger than 1kg... But I am still looking in hope to find 2kg rolls.

Terribly wound
Can't really comment on the quality of the material - managed to print about 1/2 a benchy, and it seemed to print fine. However, the spool was so badly wound that the printer kept detecting tangled filament and stopping. Wasn't actually tangled, but wound really badly. Never had a roll so badly wound in all of the filament we've bought over the years. Not sure if this is typical of this material - it's certainly not typical of esun (we use a lot of their other filaments). But at £45 / roll, for the first time ever, we sent it back. Shame as we were looking forward to printing with this as we have a very specific use case for it.

Can't believe how well it prints
Have heard that nylon filaments absorb a lot of moisture so immediately after opening it, I set the oven to 70 degrees waited it to stabilise in temperature and put the filament in to dry overnight. The next day I printed and oh wow its good. Printing at 255 on an 85 degree glass bed with a thing pva stick layer. Adhere perfectly, no warping and after its finished print there are no layer lines. It prints better than many pla. I'm amazed how good this is. If its as strong as I hope I will keep buying more.

An affordable Nylon+Carbon fiber filament (1kg)
Creality Ender 3, stock 3D printer. I tried different settings. First, bed adhesion failed. Second time was perfect: - Initial layer temp: 255 - 260 degree Celsius, bed temp 90 - 100 degree Celsius. - Speed first layer with Brim (20), no fan: 10 mm/sec. - Speed from second layer: up to 20 mm/sec. - Printing temp: 245 - 250 degree Celsius, 80 degree Celsius for bed, fan start from the 4th layer: 50-70%. Layer adhesion is perfect for me with these settings. The same for bed adhesion. The looks is really nice. Safety: be careful with the carbon fiber small pieces inside of the filament. Wear gloves. And a mask. For your well being. I will buy again.

Brilliant withstands high temps great finish
Made some ducting adapters for a heater can withstand 150c or Possibly more with out going soft or melting absorbs moisture so quick even when printing i used a heater and dehumidifier to keep a consistent humidity of 50% Bed temp:60 Nozzle:260 Printer: cr10max Flow: 90 Speeds:100mms Nozzle: stainless 0.8mm Layer high: 0.2

Dobry filament

Goed drogen!
