Great product, and can be prepared on both stovetop/microwave
Fantastic flavor and so easy to prepare! You can either prepare it on the stovetop or in the microwave. The microwave instructions are on the actual pouch of rice that's inside the box, not on the front of the box, there's just a tiny line on box indicating that it can also be microwaved. It is a great product, comes out perfect every time and is perfectly seasoned, not too spicy and not overly salty. I've been purchasing this for years now.

Follow directions
So I have bought a few of these and for sure follow the directions. One time i didnt turned into a burned on the pot nightmare, but it still tasted good for what wasnt attached to the pan. Otherwise best stuff ever flavor wise IMO for the price.
