It is pretty sour but with enough water (I put one scoop in 20 oz) it is palatable. Whether or not it is working is to soon to really tell since I haven’t finished my first container.

I purchased this as part of my diet routine. I expected a more grassy/earthy flavor. I like the sour taste. This is a drink mix powder, not a tea. It is VERY sweet! I did not expect that and it was overwhelming. I tried it again with less than half a scoop in 20oz of water and it was tolerable. I believe it does give me a pretty bad headache. The second, more dilute dose was better with only a mild headache in the background. I cannot speak to jitters as caffeine does not affect me that way. It did not upset my stomach. I will probably not purchase this item again,

I chose this product because it did not have other substances in it besides yerbe mate. It dissolves easier than any product I have tried. No frother needed. That's a huge plus for me. Honestly I was not expecting much as all products are never what they claim to be in my opinion, but THIS Wow. Fastes until noon with no problem. Didn't snack or obsess about food which is awesome.
