Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first of this shredder. The price seemed right but I wondered if it could handle much work. In short, I was wrong. It handles quite a bit (will overheat and reset if too much, but it always snaps back to normal working mode after the allotted time). Best of all, it has a handle; so much easier to remove the top to dump paper shreds. If you're hesitant, don't be, it's a great little tool for the house.

Perfect fit to set between my chair and lamp table. Easy to setup, a bit loud, you would definately hear it across the room, but it's just the size we wanted. The basket fills up pretty quickly if you're doing a lot of disposal shredding, so pay attention to the view window to see level of shredded paperwork.We are satisfied with the efficiency and speed of shredding, but it slows down if you put too much in at one time, so we settled on 3 sheets of paper at a time. It's small, but perfect for small places .We have only been using them for a few days, but so far they have worked exactly like we need them to.We are pleased with our purchase, and the price we paid for the convenience of having chair-side disposal.So far, so good..

I like this shredder because it works well. The shredability is not too important to me because I am not shredding secret information. I like to think this is a good value for the money. I went to Walmart and it was cheaper on Amazon.The capacity holds up well too, but I am just shredding junk mail with my personal information on it. I do like that it shuts off once it is done shredding. Buy this as long as you are not shredding confidential information, it works well.

Great paper shredder! My old one was 30 years old and very heavy. This is lightweight so I can easily move it if needed and it crosscyts instead of stripcits.uch more secure and small waste pole! Love it!

I broke my old one and needed a new shredder. This one appeared a little small but came with the shredder and the bottom catcher bin. I was excited to try it. Works well and quickly. Cuts papers well and quickly. It is a tad noisy but like it overall.

Shreds the mail but I have to always open the junk. Credit card spam mail has to be done one page unfolded at a time because otherwise it’s too thick if kept in the envelope. Worth the price because it’s still working! It holds a lot but does over heat quickly if your shredding a month worth of junk. I have only used it for one card and it did not get stuck.

It works as expected. It is small/compact size, smaller than an office rubbish bin/trash can, which is perfect to put away in a place where there isn't a lot of space (like my apartment). Works well to shred a few documents at once. I didn't use it for a prolonged period, maybe 10 minutes? And it didn't heat up and didn't shut off. I went safe and made the groups of no more than 4 sheets of paper at once, and it did it quickly with no jamming. However, I was not using it as an industrial shredder, so I wasn't abusing. So, I guess that of you use it properly, you won't have any issues. Great value for the money!
