Make sure you get the right tool!!!!
These do not respond well to the "d" shaped crimping tools that are so prevalent. I managed to make a few crimps work with some "hex" crimping dies meant for various coax shield and center pin use. I have the IWISS SN-025 crimp tool on the way so I can do it properly. You should look for the right tool, too, so you dont mangle contacts, break wires, and get frustrated.

Definitely works.
Worked out perfectly for the little project I had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because some of the pins wouldn’t click and lock into the plastic plugs. But what do you expect for that price and that many pieces?

High Quality No Frills Kit
This is a set of high quality connectors with the necessary cable and pin inserts. The packaging and product are of high quality. Also, this set does NOT come with the low quality crimp tools. Just the good stuff. And just a side note.: For small projects a cheap eye loupe and some mini pliers will work amazingly.

Work as advertised
Works great but I would get the tool that is supposed to crimp the connectors onto the wire or you’ll be fiddling with pliers for a bit.

Male pins are not solid pins, instead rolled sheet stock
The male pins are not solid like manufactured jumpers, they are the same sheet stock as the rest of the pin, rolled at a very small diameter, I wonder if they are as durable.

NOT JST CONNECTORS!
these are great for arduinos or RasPie but they are NOT JST connectors: they DO NOT LOCK in place. DO NOT use for moving objects like a fan or robotics or RC connectors.that isnt clear in the add, description or the pictures
