Superb performance with budget price. Clear vision with dolby sound quality. But sorry to say installation process and person both were poor. Once you purchase toshiba product you will love surely. Must purchase item.

Overall Product is Good user interface is great Remote is kind of Old type but has All necessary keys for shortcuts.But huge disappointment was after sales service of Amazon almost waited 5 days for installation service that's the most annoying part of purchase. At last I'm Happy with product but service could be improved alot.In this budget with 35 k for 55 inch Tv I would say go for it!

Perfect TV for my PS5. Writing review after one week of purchase. I was looking for the TV which is realizable, budget friendly and to match my PS5 refresh rate of 120 hz panel along with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. I checked the other TVs like LG, Samsung, Sony but these were very expensive with these features. So i came across Toshiba, which matched my requirements of 120 hz refresh rate panel, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision. 1. TV came with well packed with remote+ battery, TV stand, warranty card as scheduled delivery. No damages were found after unboxing. 2. TV sound is fantastic, infact no need for soundbar. Anyway i connected with JBL Dobly Atmos soundbar. the experience is out of the world. 3. TV brightness, contracts etc are very good. 4. As i explained, i was looking for TV with 120hz panel to play with my PS5. this matched my expectations. The games run very fluidic with no lag. 5. User interface is very good and not lag at all. 6. Remote response is nice as no time delay. 7. I connected with Apple 4K TV box and quality in terms of sound; picture quality is beyond my exceptions. 8. The connectivity is good. Lastly only negative part is delay with TV installation service. The installer came after 3 days due to non-availability of installation person. But the Installation was perfect I would recommend this TV and would like to give 4 stars.

The Toshiba Z570RP is an excellent TV for its price. The 4K UHD resolution and HDR make the picture incredibly sharp—you can even see pores on a person’s face! Colors are vibrant, and contrast is impressive. The Vidaa Smart OS is fast and easy to use for streaming. Sleek design and solid overall performance make this a great buy.

Defective Piece Delivered. 75 Inch Z570RP TV. 1. The product was delivered promptly but to Line up Installation was a hell ride. Amazon scheduled Installation after 12 Days of delivery, Customer care was pathetic in assisiting. With Great difficulties the Installation lined up 2. The installation guy kept insisting to use his swivel Wall-mount worth Rs. 6800 , while the Amazon installation instructions mention Rs. 699. I had to involve Amazon Customer Care. Finally he was all ok to use my existing Wall mount. 3. After Installation, the TV is found defective. LED bleed observed on the Corners and Sidewalls makes it difficult to watch Darker / Black videos during Night specially. 4. Overall the TV was good. Smooth Scrolling and good picture quality. Tried Dolby Vision and HDR videos - Fair Color production. but Black Color disappointed. 75 Inch QLED Tv - the Black spoils the Dark scene viewing experience. Speakers are average. A Good AVR or Soundbar is suggested to have good Audio Video experience, Dont buy this TV for Daylight Viewing and without good Soundbar. Perhaps Mini LED is must for 75 inch TV. 5. Now time to deal with Return Process. I was looking for replacement but the item was stock out. I had to agree to return. The customer care lined up Technician Visit for inspection and approval to return. I waited for 3-4 Days and approached the Customer care again. Out of my surprise and Shock , Toshiba Field team closed ticket commeting the Customer does not want to Return and product is OK. The customer care escalated the matter internally and asked me wait for the technician for 2 more days. No one turned up. Finally Amazon customer care initiated the return. Toshiba - Very unprofessional and casual towards their Customers. 6. During this time i was constantly keeping a watch if the stock is replenished so that i can cancel the return and go for the replacement. But item was still out of stock. and no other ecom portals have stock, no retailer has stock. Just after 2-3 days of my return the seller puts the stock as only 1 piece available. this was shocking , i am not sure if the same defective TV was refurbished or Re-packed and listed for selling. I Hope Amazon maintains Fair Practice with their Seller to handle the defective returns with proper Serial Number Tracking.

Brilliant purchase....must buy..100% satisfied delivered this Toshiba Z5770RP 65 inces QLED on 7th Oct, a day before delivery date. Delivery experience was really praiseworthy. Now Let me share my own QLED experience. It is around 8 days completed and this product is worth while. Any wanna purchase 65 inches QLED BELOW 55K ...II feel thi would be the best decision. Its amazing 4k video quality is really stunning.. It gives very primium quality video experience. I am really stunned by its sound quality and it is sufficient for 15 ×20 size hall. Dolby Atmos is having great experience without lacking any beats. Its booting time is less than 10 sec means we should nt get any lag while watching even fastest videos. But I must say...I am not satisfied with the installation service becz I delivered this QLED on 7 th of October but the technical support person came down at my olace on 12 th October in between I had called 3 times Toshiba care centre but the same answer I got... It will soon be installed...It may take only 24 hours or 48 hours....Other than this is really wonderful experience and I am 200% satisfied with the quality of product.

Excellent Picture quality, surprisingly great sound quality for a slim TV. Nice interface, lag free and fast. Happy to have purchased the unit. Qled screen as expected performs well in a bright rooms as well.

Such a wonderful TV! The picture quality and sound are amazing. It’s very easy to set up, great for gaming, and quite faster than Google TV. You also get access to all the Indian OTT platforms, so this is definitely worth going for. If you just want to watch regular TV, there’s no need to buy a soundbar. But if you love watching movies and want a true theatre-like experience, then a soundbar is recommended. Absolutely loved it!
