Unlike the other reviewers, I had the opposite problem as the chest area was way too big. I'm a petite size, so my chest was too flat for the dress. It's very cute even if it's sheer. The seller did include clear straps, so one has a way to keep the dress up. There are also cups sewed in the chest area.

Im over all going to give this 5 stars! It was a little hard to figure out at first and the design is not done in the back. The wings are heavy and flop over but that can be fixed with a extra safety pin. So excited to use this for galaxy con!
