I've been using athletic tape for years as a coach and parent of a young athlete, and this tape definitely surprised me in a good way. It is the standard size for most athletic tapes. It’s strong, easy to tear by hand, and doesn’t leave behind a huge sticky mess like some of the other brands I've used. The grip is solid for ankles, wrists, and even fingers, and it holds up well during practice and games. The fact that it comes in a 4-pack makes it a great value, and I like that it’s not overly rigid. It has a little give but still provides support. Only downside is the rolls seem slightly thinner than some of the name brands, so I go through them a bit faster. Also, the white color isn’t super bright, but that’s a minor thing. Overall, it’s a solid choice for athletes, trainers, or anyone who needs reliable tape on hand. I’ll definitely be reordering. Great price for athletic tape that functions really well!

A good value and price

This works okay, the adhesive is a bit too strong it hurts quite a bit when removing. Definitely not easy to remove. Also, while it labels itself as "Sports Tape for Injuries", I definitely would recommend the Kinesiology tapes over this, as they provide better support. This one is less expensive so we give this a try, but if you are using this to give support to a sprain ankle, for example, do spend a little extra to get the kinesiology one. And get the 2" instead of 1.5". It's not a bad product, just that if you are using it for injury support, this may not be the best option as it doesn't provide much pain relief.

I bought this tape for my daughter after her ankle injury as she is required to use skin color kind of athletic tape when she competes. Works great!

It works as expected. Provided the protective layer, and prevent skin irritation.

HELLO???? This is so awesome!! I have hypermobility and I use this stuff for my hips and knees. I find it works pretty well on me—it is also INCREDIBLY waterproof. It holds and stabilizes the joints really well; I’m wearing it right now to keep my hip in its socket and it hurts much less! :D It’s really good value for the amount you get. Sticky, long-lasting, easy-to-tear; in my opinion, if you’re hypermobile and your joints hurt a lot, this is a good tape brand to consider.

It’s really thin and not sticky enough. Didn’t last 10 minutes on my fingers…

Bought for my dog this winter to wrap her feet for protection from snow, ice and salt. Worked well, did not tear at all. Product received in good condition and on time.

This athletic tape that’s very breathable is a solid choice and offers reliable support! Application is quick and convenient, also relatively easy to tear! I did find the tape loses its stickiness faster than usual. Other than that would recommended to buy!

Excellent tape. Used on plantar fascia during a holiday. Kept my foot going strong. Would recommend

Tears by hand easily, but not as sticky as other tapes we’ve purchased.
