Nice ramen
Nice ramen. I bought these from Amazon Resale. I don't know what is wrong. It was in a box without damage. Price was great. Tastes the same.

Delicious
This exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, definitely worth the upgrade over the blue ramen PKG at the grocery.

Ichiban great. This flavor not for me. Has beef broth in mix.
Ichiban is the only instant ramen I generally like. Prefer the Miso flavor but that has become almost impossible to find. Ordered this since it said soy flavor. Should have read the ingredients. I do not like red meat and has powdered beef broth in it. Not super strong beef flavor but definitely an after taste of beef. Not for me. Will still use the noodles from the other 23 packets I am stuck with now!! Luckily always have miso paste and/or homemade vegetable or chicken stock in the fridge to substitute. Will order chicken or shrimp flavor next if miso still not in supply.

A Good Lunch
I can't imagine anyone not liking the Sapporo Ichiban Ramen Noodles. I have them frequently for lunch before I go on my bike rides. They are delicious and give me lots of energy and fluids that sustain the rides. But you don't have to ride bikes to enjoy them. I make them this way: 1) The seasoning pack is dissolved in a small amount of hot water in a large soup bowl. 2) I add, 1/4 tsp ground extra hot red pepper (Cayenne works too), 1/4 tsp black pepper, 3 table spoons Worcestershire sauce and some ground mushroom powder (from Trader Joe's - this is optional). These are dissolved in the bowl mentioned earlier. 3) I cook 1/2 - 1 cup of vegetables in the microwave for 2 minutes with a small amount of water. Make sure the cup you put them in is covered. The vegetables that work best are: Leeks, radishes, Brussel sprouts, green onions or cauliflower. Only one vegetable is used each time and it is chopped into bite size pieces. A mixture of vegetables is not recommended. Also, I tried meat, mushrooms and some other ingredients, but they did not work for me and so, I only recommend one of the vegetables from the list above. My favorite was radishes. It is not something you normally see in soups. 4) You boil 2 1/2 cups of water on a stove top. When it comes to a boil put the vegetables from the microwave into the boiling water along with the Ramen noodles. Cook on medium to high heat for exactly 3 minutes (not longer). 5) Pour the water from this pot (with the boiling Ramen) into your bowl from steps 1 and 2. Mix and then pour the rest of the water, vegetables and noodles into your bowl; stir to mix some more. 6) Let it stand for a couple of minutes, then eat. You have to time it so it doesn't cool down too much. Also the hot pepper may not be for everyone. It can be pretty spicy. If you follow this recipe, I am confident that you will love this product even more than if you just cooked it in the microwave (which I strongly advise against - it just doesn't taste the same, I don't know why). Try it and write your comments about this recipe, especially if they are positive.

Love these noodles - still very happy!
I have ordered these noodles again! As with my previous order, noodles came faster than expected. No issues with delivery. They are expensive noodles, but they are worth it!
