For years, I've been into natural health care. You can never have too many guides on natural health care. I love homeopathy and Dr. Stengler works with all types of natural health care. I have found some great information through this book on homeopathy. I have followed his advise on the different homeopathy meds with great success. I recommend another great book on natural health care.

Great book, I learned a lot.

I liked this book very much. However, I went to see the doctor himself and felt disappointed. It seems to me like it was good intention gone bad. Now it's all about what they can sell. It makes me lose faith and feel more like I'm getting the sales pitch. That aside, I still think the book was informative.

I do believe there are some very helpful remedies that someday I can use. He does go into detail explaining what each herb can be used for healing. The book is structured like an encyclopedia of some of the most popular herbs. It's worth buying a used one at a discount price.

I had heard of this Doctor many times before, so was eager to read his information. What a difference to know easy alternatives to replacing prescriptions! Do not play "doctor" until you know if you can get off your meds safely. This book is well worth the money! Wish I had purchased sooner.

There is a lot of information and good tips and advice. I will keep in on hand for reference when I am looking for a holistic solution to a problem Well worth the price.
