We purchased these umbrellas in 2025. They worked as described, but after about 8 months, one was intermittently not opening. After a few more months, it wouldn't open at all. We reached out to the seller, as the items had a lifetime warranty. Within 24 hours the seller had responded and offered a solution. We sent a short video of the issue and they offered to send a new one. We received the replacement umbrella within days. Customer service was excellent to work with and the new umbrella works great! Would definitely recommend this item and buying from this seller.

Was great in the Auckland NZ rain! The open / close features are great. Can fit in a small backpack or shoulder bag. So far so good compared to others. This one seems like a solid and durable choice.
