I love this new shower/tub fixture! I was happy to finally find this great looking shower / tub fixture which took some searching to find in black, which I needed to complete the updates to a recently remodeled bathroom. I live in an older farmhouse and one of bathrooms has a tub and shower combination. I also needed a shower head that was detachable for conveniently washing the shower/tub and occasionally washing our dog. It took some searching to find a fixture set in the color I needed, black, that had EVERY feature I needed including: the shower spout, a detachable hand held shower head, the round single handle for adjusting hot and cold water & tub spout with pull knob style for engaging the shower. The addition of this shower /tub fixture beautifully completes the recent renovation to my bathroom! I am very please with both the appearance and the quality of the fixtures. I love the 5 spray options on the shower head, including the water pause option which I use to save a lot of water! This fixture set is a high quality product and is predominantly metal not plastic and works beautifully. This new fixture replaced the brass fixtures installed over 20 years ago, in a bathroom though remodeled several times was originally build over 70 years ago. Thus, I had my favorite plumber install this new fixture. There were many pieces and steps to install in this shower/tub fixture set which he was able to do without much difficulty in an hour or so . I am not a plumber so I can't confirm if a DIYer could do this project but the installation directions are very detailed with diagrams and step by step explanations - which appear to describe every step in the process. I also love that the fixture comes with a 5 YEAR warranty so be sure to save your order number and receipt. Overall I am very happy with my new shower/tub fixture and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend !

My old faucet handle was becoming undone and the diverter to turn on the shower was getting to the point where it was constantly getting stuck on or off, so we needed to replace the system. We wanted something that had a detachable shower head to replace the one we had originally too, and this one has that feature. We went to a couple of hardware stores prior to this purchase and there weren't many options that looked this good and came with all the components I needed. The wrisin system is working way better than I expected. For such a great price you are getting a system that has a handle that moves like butter, the diverter is also easy to operate, the water pressure is very good, and it happens to look good too. Also, it was nice to see that it came packaged extremely well with fitted foam around all the various parts, so nothing was scratched or dented. I'm very happy with this faucet set.

My husband and I bought this shower head while doing a bathroom remodel. It came quick, was easy to install, looks great, and we have had no problems with it after the first month of use. It has good pressure and looks awesome. We did have to make some adjustments on our old pipes but it was as easy fit after a quick run to Lowe’s! The only reason I didn’t give it that 5th star is because the face plate doesn’t attach that we could tell so it does just sit against the tile but a little industrial glue and silicone and we made it work!

A friend who is a plumber recommended this product. It is higher quality than I expected! We liked it so much we bought another one for the other bathroom. Works great. Looks great. WARNING if you DIY: when installing the valve portion be sure to set the plastic guide piece flush with the FINISHED WALL. Not to the sheet rock. Include some room for the mortar and tile. Otherwise it doesn’t stick out far enough for the handle to work properly. This is mentioned in the instructions but the first time I did it it was slightly too far recessed into the wall. The second I was able to do perfectly. Just a heads up.

We had a plumber come in to install this and he let us know afterward that this kit is missing the screws to hold the face plate of the handle!! He had to caulk it and once it's dry, we'll need to put another bead of caulk around it to keep water out. What, you expect it to stay on by magic? It's not like it clips into place or anything. So if we hadn't already paid him to come out and be out the money for that, I would've returned this but now we're stuck with it. I don't even care how this works out for us (not that I can test it just yet anyway) because if you're missing a key component, that's a FAIL in my book. UPDATE: We thought the low pressure was due to a water restrictor and went to take it out. Nope. THERE ISN'T ONE!!! The plumber came back out and checked. The line was fully open and said it was the cartridge and because this is a no name brand, you can't just replace the cartridge. We wasted $350 on this POS to be installed only for it to be defective!!!

It was easy for our contractors to install and came with everything needed to put up. The quality is outstanding and no leaking so far. It’s high quality metal and easy to clean. It came packaged really well, and it is obviously really good quality. We are really happy with it overall, it is sleek and well-made. However, the shower head is not metal but ABS plastic. Regardless, we are happy with it and don't intend on returning it. The price is great for something that is obviously such good quality. Warning though- the valve is not compatible with anything else you could get on the market so you would have to break the wall and replace the valve down the road unless you bought another one from this company.

I purchased this shower faucet set and got it installed by a professional plumber a few weeks after that to ensure a proper installation. After it was installed, I noticed a banging sound in the pipes each time the toilet was flushed or the water in the sink was run in the bathroom. I didn’t think much of it at the time but noticed it was getting progressively worse. After some research and multiple costly visits by another plumber, it was determined this new faucet with the valve specifically was causing a water hammer in our pipes and if left as is, there was the possibility of potential leaks, damage and possible bursting of our pipes. The plumber installed water hammer fittings which did not resolve the issue. After a second visit, the issue was found which was the valve from the shower faucet. The only fix unfortunately is to buy another faucet set and get another professional install bringing our costs of what we thought was a simple install to well over $1100 and multiple plumber visits. Unfortunately I could not return this set as it was beyond the 30 days with all the time spent having it installed in the first place to trouble shooting the issues in our plumbing were caused by this set. Our plumber did say this issue is becoming increasingly common with these faucet sets being purchased off of Amazon.
