Samsung 9 kg, 5 star, AI EcoBubble, Super Speed, Wi-Fi, Hygiene Steam with Inbuilt Heater, Digital Inverter, Fully-Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WW90DG5U24AXTL, Inox)

On 08.12.2025 I purchased this masterpiece for my family (retiring Lg Semi machine- used for 15+ years). Superior Price in less than 31k after the Card discounts. Below are my true observations:- - For a family of 2+2kids plus Parents, this Samsung 09kg front load AI Ecobubble washing machine is a perfect match. Reason being, It will save time, energy, water + detergent saving on a regular basis. -For the last 2 years, I reviewed many brands and many machines- compared its quality, price and features of all big brands available including Lg, Bosch, IFB etc. I found that Technically the Samsung front load washing machine is the most reliable, superior & advanced among all other machines available in Indian market. For example - either their washing drum is small (in case of Lg- due to its direct drive motor) or in case of the German made Bosch washing machine is using the old technology “AC motor” instead of using the new technology ‘DC motor’ (regular usage means heavy electricity bill+ water consumption on pocket). Also Bosch machine’s internal wiring is old fashioned/ weird. Which I noticed in a youtube review video recently. - Weight of this Samsung machine is approx 65kg and 73kg in Bosch washing machine. But not a bigger difference here as per my opinion. Bcuz all front load washing machines uses 3 big size Stones inside, to support & balance its washing drum, in order to handle wet clothes spinning at 1400 RPM. Watch review videos for more clarity. -Although it is a 9kg capacity washing machine, but actually very small in size comparing to the Semi. Its size is almost 2ft x 2ft approx, which actually saved a lots of space in the resident flats. - Wash quality is “top notch” with Samsung (Baat khatam). Although still I have to experience more in coming months. Specifically in the harsh winter season in Delhi city. - All new age smart features are available, including machine can be operated both ways. With physical touch buttons & through mobile App/ WiFi too. Really easy to operate for anyone. Even the first time buyers can also operate it so easily. - Moreover I received the 2025 model, which has physical buttons also, to chose the dirty cloth categories + suitable washing programs accordingly. So easy to operate by anyone in house. Unlike the Samsung latest front load washing machine models, which is more costly + doesn’t has this physical toggle round button. (Check my machine center round button with Clothes category printed around it). - No noise at all. Quite silent while washing and spinning the wet clothes at 1400 RPM. Thanks to its 9 kg capacity. If noise levels get compared with the semi automatic washing machines - Samsung’s machine makes just 20% noise at all. Impressive build quality again. - Body build is moderate and same like LG, IFB and Bosch. Nothing different. Which I personally checked that in the showrooms also. - Inox colour (grey on little dark side) is so elegant looking & eye catchy. Also added to its outer beauty, it has black round drum colour contrast. So the entire face of the machine looks awesome. It’s matching with my Haier brand fridge colour too. -Product delivery + installation was so quick in Delhi. Only thing was the person who visited for demo, was in hurry. while giving the demo. But he covered/informed almost everything in his visit. -I wish that this Samsung washing machine proves my decision right for the next 20 years. I mean till the time, when I wish to use this washing machine for my family. - Hope there is no need to update my review again, seeing the positive side of this capable machine. Now it’s totally upto you, to chose any available brand available in the market for your beloved family. ***Review after using the product for almost 3 months- Again it has proved my points as it is. Saving big on electricity, water & detergent consumption. However the laundry quality is the best one. Thanks Samsung.

I recently purchased the Samsung 9 kg 5 Star AI EcoBubble Front Load Washing Machine (WW90DG5U24AXTL, Inox), and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience. **1. Delivery & Installation:** The delivery was on time and handled properly. Installation was smooth, and the technician explained all the important features clearly. **2. Silent & Low Vibration:** The machine operates very quietly. Even during high-speed spin cycles, vibration is minimal and it doesn’t disturb the household at all. **3. Cleaning Performance:** Wash quality is excellent. It cleans daily wear, heavily soiled school uniforms, and kids’ dirty clothes very effectively. Clothes come out fresh and properly cleaned. The Hygiene Steam feature is especially useful for maintaining better hygiene. **4. Smart Load Detection & Time Adjustment:** One feature I really like is the automatic load sensing. For smaller loads, the machine intelligently adjusts the wash time. For example, if a program normally takes around 2 hours, it reduces to about 1 hour 30 minutes when the load is light. This saves both time and electricity. **5. Features & Convenience:** AI EcoBubble works efficiently even at lower temperatures. Super Speed mode is helpful when in a hurry. The Wi-Fi connectivity allows convenient monitoring. The inbuilt heater helps in removing tough stains. **6. Energy Efficiency:** Being a 5-star rated model, it is energy efficient and suitable for regular family use. Overall, it’s a great washing machine for a family looking for silent operation, smart features, and strong cleaning performance. Highly recommended!

Installation was done on time .wash quality is very good size and is sufficient for 5-6 people . There's no vibration noise level is very very less. At the time of spin only it vibrates little bit but apart from that it does not vibrate. Easy to use and highly recommend . Within 10. Days I've used this washing machine 29 times cycle has been completed and it's working perfectly fine and electricity consumed is only 67rs. Till now. Water consumption also very less.

After watching many videos and doing our research, we finally replaced our old IFB washing machine with a Samsung Smart model. Compared to other brands, Samsung has done a great job with its AI features. The washing quality is impressive, the Wi-Fi functions work well, and the build quality is solid with minimal vibration. We were considering Samsung, IFB, LG, and Bosch, but ultimately chose the Samsung 9kg model. You won’t find many detailed reviews or videos for this specific model on YouTube, so I hope this helps. we got this machine in Amazing Amazon deal only at 27500 Rs After using it for 3–4 days, everything is working well so far, but I did notice a few cons: Power Interruption: If there’s a power cut during a wash cycle, the machine doesn’t automatically resume. You need to manually press the power button to continue the program once power is restored. Water Supply Issue: If the water supply is interrupted during a wash cycle, the machine shows an error. Once the water returns, the wash cycle starts from the beginning instead of resuming from where it left off. Liquid Detergent Usage: You cannot add liquid detergent before starting the wash program, especially if you're using the prewash option. The liquid gets flushed out during prewash, reducing its effectiveness. Other than these three points, everything else has been great for us. We’ll update this review if we face any further issues. I am extremely disappointed with both the product received and the service provided by the seller and Amazon. Delivery & Logistics Issues: Despite the delivery being to the third floor, Amazon sent only a single delivery person. When we requested assistance to move the machine, we were asked to pay an additional ₹800 out-of-pocket. This lack of proper logistical planning is unacceptable for heavy appliances. Defective Product: The machine arrived with a visible dent on the lower section. Upon the first use, it emitted a loud, grinding noise, indicating internal mechanical damage. Return & Refund Process: Returning the item was a stressful ordeal. I had to coordinate extensively between Samsung and Amazon customer care. To make matters worse, the pickup team demanded another ₹700 for the return. In total, I have spent ₹1,500 on "service charges" for a defective product that I could not even use. Summary: I ended up paying more than ₹1,500 in additional labor fees with nothing to show for it but a week of stress. I expected much better customer service and quality control from a brand like Samsung and a platform like Amazon.
