Does thus graphics card need to be connected to power supply? If so does it include the cable to do so?

Yes, it needs a 6 pin connector (2x3). Mine didn't come with an adapter but my power supply has several of the 6 pin connectors. You can get an adapter that'll convert a 4 pin molex connector to a 2x3 6 pin connector.

What are the differences between each version of the card?

There are differences between the 3GB having 1152 CUDA Cores, while the 6GB has the full 1280 CUDA Cores on the chip. The 6 GB is between 5-10 % more powerful under heavy gaming. I've had both versions and they are both very fast and efficient for the price.

Will this bottleneck with a core i3 6100

The core i3 6100 will not bottleneck this card in any modern games other than a very select few such as Ashes of The Singularity. The I3 6100 is fastest to keep up with this card for at least another few years.

Buena tarjeta a buen precio

Excelentes tarjetas para jugar o minar. Para jugar podras lograr 45 a 60 fps en 1080p en medium to high. Es un poco ruidosa despues de los 60% de los ventiladores pero nada exagerado. La compre por 4300 en descuento y valio la pena. Recomiendo mucho para jugadores casuales que no quieran invertir mucho. Si se la mata a un one o a ps4. Buen tamaño y super facil de instalar.
