So far, it's helping to keep the cramps away
I often suffer from cramps at night in my leg or foot. The pictures show what the spray looks like on my foot and once it is rubbed in. I haven't experienced any tingling with it but have experienced mild itching after it sits on my skin for a while. So far, it has helped keep the cramps away.

Good size bottle
Generous sized bottle. I do not detect a scent from it. I’m unsure if this truly working. I spray it on my feet and legs some nights when my legs are restless. I have tried it on my sisters feet but she didn’t find it helpful. I will say try not to get in your eyes (wash you hands after using)

Not sure what the hype was about! What a load of BS. Felt no difference except the residue on my sheets that made my bed feel weird and sticky. CLEARLY a scam.
