Helps joint pain and leg cramps
Magnesium relieves joint pain and leg cramps. I want inside and outside help so I got a supplements from Unikey Health products too to take for full benefits. This feels a little sticky though.

So far, it's helping to keep the cramps away
I often suffer from cramps at night in my leg or foot. The pictures show what the spray looks like on my foot and once it is rubbed in. I haven't experienced any tingling with it but have experienced mild itching after it sits on my skin for a while. So far, it has helped keep the cramps away.

Mixed feelings
It does help with relaxing, cramps, aches in the foot. But it will make your skin peel after a few days of using. Which is not good for neuropathy.

Not sure what the hype was about! What a load of BS. Felt no difference except the residue on my sheets that made my bed feel weird and sticky. CLEARLY a scam.
