Good price
Excellent Headset for Professional DJs – Clear, Durable, and Comfortable I've been DJing professionally for over a decade, and this headset has quickly become one of my essential tools. The sound quality is exceptional, with crystal-clear highs, punchy mids, and deep, accurate bass, making it easy to mix in loud environments. The noise isolation is excellent, allowing me to focus even in packed clubs or outdoor festivals. What stands out most is the build quality—these headphones feel sturdy without being heavy. The rotating ear cups are perfect for one-ear monitoring, and the padding is extremely comfortable, even during long sets. The headband adjusts smoothly and feels secure without too much pressure. Another huge plus: the detachable cable is a lifesaver. It makes replacements easy and extends the headset’s life. The coiled design also helps prevent accidental pulls when moving around the booth. If you're a working DJ looking for a reliable pair of cans that can handle night-after-night abuse while delivering top-tier audio performance, this is a great investment. Highly recommended.

Great Quality
I got this as a gift to my boyfriend since he is a DJ and he loves them! Def worth the buy. The sound quality is really good. They’re comfortable and don’t hurt after a while. So far they’re lasting and nothing is tearing. The cord is a good length tbh it’s good for DJing.

Nice sound but kinda cheap looking and feeling
Great sound but smaller than expected. Although they are lighter than my pro pioneer DJ headphones which is nice. It isn’t noise canceling and haven’t used for gigs yet so not sure on how good this is on keeping out exterior noise while mixing. I like the look. Wish they would make a high end version of this more on par with the technics originally made turntable that had the high end look and feel cause I would definitely buy those if they did. These are medium sized and feel a little plasticy. But, the sound is better than my Korg noise cancellation headphones and to me a bit better than my more expensive pioneer DJ headphones. I can tell you sounds I hear from these is better so I’m glad I got these. Funny thing is I almost returned them when I took them out of the box on arrival cause they have a cheap feel to them but then after listening to them I decided to keep them just for the sound. They look better in pictures than first hand.

Works great!
Perfect in every way! This Technics headphone is almost identical to the Technics RP-DJ1200 version. The only difference that I can see is that they're not marked as RP-DJ1200 and they have a new removable, 1/4 turn cable, unlike the original design. Like the O.G. ones, the left & right ear pieces swivel and lock to however you like it. To me, that's a great feature. Are they knock offs? Maybe? But they do sound great and I like them.

Cheaper Quality than Older Versions
I’ve owned a pair of these headphones since 2000. They lasted an impressive 26 years until the plastic adjustment sliders finally broke. Hoping for the same quality and sound, I bought another pair. Unfortunately, the new version feels noticeably cheaper; lighter weight, flimsier build, and the adjustment sliders don’t lock into place properly. The difference in quality was obvious within seconds of opening the box. I returned them immediately and purchased the Audio-Technica ATH-M50X instead. These feel far more durable and sound excellent. It’s disappointing to see the brand cut corners like this. Long-time owners will definitely notice the decline.
