Works well in baking
Great brown sugar flavor and texture. I make homemade granola; boiling it on the stove with oil before mixing in with the oats, etc and it reacts well for my needs.

SO GOOD! There must be a catch...?
No weird aftertaste. No headache. No tummy distress. YAY! I really HATE artificial sweeteners, and this just tastes like fine light brown sugar. It is a little less sweet than traditional sugar, so if you like your stuff sweet sweet sweet, maybe add a bit more to your taste. Dissolves perfectly. The price is why I knocked one star off. The flavor is five stars, but the price is pretty steep. Especially if you are a baker. It goes fast. I use it in things like coffee, oatmeal, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, baked apples, sticky chicken... Fantastic!
