Liquid vitamins are proven to have better absorption than pill form. The initial taste is definitely herbal, but zero lingering after taste. For all those reviews that say the taste is horrible, grow up :) do you not know the pinch your nose trick? Works like a charm. Now, thicker hair can’t possibly be noticed after 3 weeks, at least, not with my thin hair. I could tell immediately that my hair felt healthier and I could see baby hairs growing after 2 1/2 weeks. Eventually, I expect to see more drastic results!

I purchased this on recommendation from my primary care doctor. I had been taking Nutrafol, but the gelatin capsules kept getting stuck in my throat. She suggested this liquid vitamin as an alternative. It works great! I’ve been taking it for about six months and my hair has grown significantly. Even my lashes are longer. Plus, the peach flavor is good. It’s like eating a peach smoothie. I was hoping it would help with hair regrowth, but I have not noticed any improvement in the thickness of my hair.

I see many complaints about the taste. I have never taken this product straight even though directions deliver that as 1 option. Mix this with your morning drink, smoothie, energy mix drink ( if you Juice it is excellent with cold-pressed Pomegranate, Orange & Pineapple juices) . I make morning smoothies and added it to a Pineapple/Banana smoothie and tasted NOTHing. As for working, I have not noticed any super duper differences. Nails still break off, hair seems about the same, energy level is good in the morning so the product itself is ok at this point but offers good benefits via the vitamin index.
