Works great if your stove sits flush up against your back wall, which due to the electrical cord and gas line mine does not. Stuff just falls off in the back and I am constantly moving the stove to retrieve the item. I stopped using the caddy. Its a well made product but with my stove I can't use it.

Magnets could be a little stronger although I haven't had any problems. I do like getting things off my counters and cabinets and being within reach. It is good quality and is easy to clean.
