It sticks properly to clothing irrespective of arm movement, and its size and thickness are fine. I did not feel any discomfort while using the pad. I have received this parcel in well condition
Actually I have received delivered sms before two days of actual delivery of this product. But after two day's this delivered by amazon through Post. Best packaging and product is also good. Don't do sms before delivering the product, as customer get confused and may be reviewed bad. Otherwise I am happy with this product.
