Switched to this shampoo after running out of my usual brand and grabbing it on a whim, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The Simply Nourish scent is subtle and clean — not overpowering or overly perfumed like some “natural” shampoos tend to be. It’s genuinely one of my favorite parts of the shower now. My hair feels noticeably softer after using it, even without conditioner some days, which is saying something since my hair tends to get dry and frizzy. It lathers up nicely too, doesn’t take much product to work through my whole head, so the bottle’s lasting longer than I expected. I also appreciate that method is pretty transparent about their ingredients and sustainability practices — the bottle is made from recycled plastic, which is a nice bonus if that matters to you. A couple of small notes: • It’s marketed as a shampoo but doesn’t come with a matching conditioner in this listing, so you’ll want to pair it with something • 14oz is a decent size but not huge — if you have long or thick hair, you’ll go through it a bit faster Bottom line: A solid, good-smelling daily shampoo that’s gentle enough for regular use and leaves hair feeling soft rather than stripped. Great option if you want something that feels a little more thoughtful than a standard drugstore shampoo.

This is the third Method shampoo I've purchased, and I've loved every one of them. The scents are different, but they all smell fresh and pleasant. It leaves my hair feeling clean and soft, and I like that it's made without sulfates, phthalates, and other ingredients I prefer to avoid. I feel good using it for both myself and my children. I've also had a great experience with other Method products, so I'll definitely keep buying this brand.

Comes out clear, seems to clean my hair just fine. Not really sure how to rate it as I would need 4-6 different shampoo's to see if there is a noticeable difference. -Smells good -I do appreciate the bottle is upside down so I don't have to shake it like a can of paint to get the shampoo out -Seems to work well, would absolutely buy it again

I bought this shampoo awhile ago and forgot to write a review. I didn't have buy it for thicker/fuller hair because I have a full set of hair. I bought it for the scent, which, lasts on my hair about 3 days when I didn't do much, so my hair/scalp didn't get dirty or sweaty. I did notice that my hair did get poofy a bit so I reckon it does thicken the strands.

Ever since the first time I used the Method body wash, I haven’t stopped using it. It is incredibly relaxing, fresh, and leaves a wonderful, clean scent on the skin. On the other hand, the shampoo and conditioner didn’t quite live up to my expectations. However, I will definitely continue to buy and use the body wash as my daily favorite!

I bought this shampoo for myself, but after my husband tried it once, he completely claimed it as his own. 😂 He has very oily hair and washes it every day, so he’s pretty picky about shampoos. This one keeps his hair feeling clean without making it feel stripped or dry. He liked it so much that he asked me to buy him his own bottle. Definitely a winner in our house!

Love this scent, its very nice/relaxing to me and it lathers really well, I always use a different brand of conditioner afterwards, so not exactly sure how well it works, but I like this product a lot. I try to find it on sale, as the full price is a little too high, imo
