Didn’t think I would like this camera. Just wanted a simple webcam for calls. I don’t stream or create content or anything. I bought it as the price was lower than other “quality” web cams. Also thinking could always return it. But I am delighted with it. Works really well. Takes a little setting up but I love how the AI tracking works. Good solid build quality too. Way better than the built in webcam in my monitor. Very pleased.

Product is excellent and as described, but lacks functionality when not paired with the control software. Used for two use cases: 1. Attached to personal laptop. 2. Attached to work laptop. On my personal laptop I installed the control software and was able to tailor the device's settings to meet my needs well. However, on my work laptop where software installation is restricted, the camera did not perform as well: it would often pickup hand gestures even when not wanted, if the camera was turned off then the mic would switch off shortly after too. General use and plug-and-play aspect worked mostly as you'd expect, but not as easy to use as a standard non-gesture webcam I'd say. Looks good and sits well on a slimline bezel. Picture Quality - Good Microphone - Sufficient Gestures - Good when wanted Tracking - Good Zoom - Good

Incredible little camera. Just missing Windows Hello functionality.

Great camera and easy to control with hand gesturing. Shuts down by itself when not in use so no worries that you forgot to turn off camera.

Clear picture quality and great colour separation

Item faulty. Head just kept spinning so much, I was expecting the Exorcist to come in and bless my pc after. Sent back and was refunded.

I could not be happier with this camera. Our go to for years was the Logitech 920. But for basically the same price , this PTZ camera upgraded our productions and is our new go to camera. This camera truly is plug and play and ready to start working in seconds. We are so impressed we’re buying another as this one was actually purchased for guest shots. But we immediately began using this one for our studio host. Obviously I rate the camera 5 star and would rate it even higher if I could. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and difficult setups with this incredible tiny camera. It’s impressive and a product I can highly recommend with no hesitation.
